I hate teams that play defense. They should just let the other team get open shots every trip
 
No denying the Spurs are the most fundamentally sound team in the NBA, but I'm just sick of them at this point. I'd love to see CP3 and New Orleans take them out next round, but most likely the Lakers will be facing the Spurs in the Western Conference Finals. Can't wait.

Sure, they play fundamental basketball and it might win them games, but it's not going to win over new fans. Fans today want to see action,fast breaks, dunks, and the spurs just don't do that.
 
Trust me I'm not a Spurs fan, but I'm not sure why people think they are so boring to watch. You have Parker and Ginobili who throw caution to the wind as they penetrate into the teeth of th edefense. You have Duncan who will be talked about for generations to come, one of the games finest coaching staffs and a team that bands together and plays solid defense.

I'd rather watch that than a bunch of knuckleheads dunk the ball then watch the other team score on the other end while they are still pounding their chests or complaining to a ref.
 
I will take basic old school fundamental basketball over flash and trash every day of the week.
Steve Kerr should be tarred and feathered, fired from this job and run out of Phoenix on a rail.

Then why were you a Phoenix fan in the first place if you are a fan of old school basketball. They weren't exactly playing old school basketball before the Shaq trade were they?

When you have that much offensive talent, it's hard not to be a run and gun team.
 
Even though Boston won today, they should be embarassed that the Hawks pushed them to seven games.

Chris Paul and the Hornets destroyed the Spurs yesterday. :rock
 
Game 7 was still fun to watch even though it was a blow out.. Hard fouls and that wicked frontcourt pick by Garnett was awesome..

This Lakers Squad reminds me of Phil's Bulls teams in which everyone knew their role and did their job effectively.. I think we are going to roll right into the finals..

Also I think the Hornets will take out the Spurs in 5 or 6 games.. CP3 is the real deal..
