First of all, piss off. I'm not in here talking trash or anything.
Secondly, I love ALL Boston area teams (except for Boston College, which is the epitome of evil).
I'm admittedly not a huge NBA fan and only casually follow it during the regular season. The Celtics haven't been in the playoffs recently, so I haven't much cared. Now I do. Call me "fair weather" all you want. I'm just more of a football and baseball fan, is all. But I'm excited now because the Celtics are having a magical season.
At least I know I'd fit in out in So-Cal.
No worries Irish. Same thing happened to me when I cheered for the Flyers because I am a Philly fan. You are in no way a bandwagon member because you cheer for your home team. Cheer all you want. They are just mad their team sucks balls.

Who the ^^^^ is crying? I congratulated Boston on the win and said they deserved it. Im just annoyed that my team is playing like ^^^^ and all of a sudden there are so many Celtics fans.

I am not defending him. I am telling him that some fans are so one sided such as yourself to just ignore them and move on. At the end of the day when I rout for a team I could give a rats ass what anyone else has to say about it. That is my point.
Most of them freely admit they are not die-hard NBA fans, but they love boston or live in boston areas. When a hometown team is in any championship finals, more people are bound to be alerted to that. Why are they any less of a "worthy" fan in your standards?
There is actually a lot fewer Celtics fans on here now than were in here after Game 2.

Hate to agree but I do. Again same think happened to my when I cheered for the Flyers. I was all the sudden not a hockey fan because I didn't watch every single game.

To be honest, I'm just annoyed period and it's clouding my judgment. What does bother me the most is that so many people root for the Lakers to fail. If the Lakers were not in the Finals, I most likely wouldn't care who won or lost. I'm just very sadface right now.
