I actually was in the middle of photoshopping the figure into the box window and it was good but i decided to close it because i didn't want to get peoples hopes up in the thread if they were skimming through

that looks pretty awesome, I actually like the box a lot, looks so nice

I wish tankman would chime in, at least one last time before launch, and fill us all in on the bio's visor.
I would like to know if they addressed that for the production version.

I haven't PO'd the masked version yet. I want to see that the visor issue has been fixed first.

'Classic' predator is the version from the recent movie "Predators".
The predator from the 1987 movie is 'P1'.

Thought I'd pass that on before the die-hards in here jump all over you.

So, no neck movement at all....just the head swiveling on a ball joint by the looks of it. I was hoping it would have a newly design a body and joints.

With the plastic dreads it was always going to have less freedom of head movement than the HT figure.

You're wrong actually; the plastic dreads is just another thing to complain about before even knowing what they are like... Another way to rain on parades if you enjoy that sort of thing.

And I'd like [insert incredibly expensive item here] for $80, but I'd say we're already getting plenty.

Because rubber is so much more appreciated by the high-end collector community? Also, see previous reply above as it applies to the dreads as well.

It's a NECA figure -- and it's arguably the best one they've ever put out. Many of us didn't even think they'd make it to this point. Finally, we've known about the dreads since the very beginning (and yes, they are seperate).

They are way better looking and stick out of the head the right way. You're right about this again. I'm hoping HT is remaking their P1 and taking notes on sculpting accurate 101.
