ToyWiz once had those generic Star Wars Lightsabers (the hasbro ones you can get for 20 bucks at any toy store) for 60 bucks.

They steal yo money. :lol

at least with hot toys you don't have to decide if you want to buy open mandibles, closed mandibles, or mask. hmmmmm or you can just buy all three rip off their heads and sell headless preds on ebay!

No...you just have to decide if you want to spend a couple of hundred dollars on an inaccurate figure or not. :lol

On the other hand, if you buy the neca 1:4 you only get to raise the arms 3-4 times before the joints slacken to the point the arms are always by its side. And that in order to have it stood upright without falling over or by propping it against a wall you need to have his back arched so much youd think he was doing a limbo

^ Mine's been in the same pose for months with no problems.
Exactly. So was mine. Then i decided to have a photoshoot with it and it was never the same again. And it wasnt extreme poses, just arm lifted using clenched fist and extended blades ect. Then the arms would just swing back down. It wasnt my first neca-pred joint problem either. I hate to hate on them because i love preds and if i could get a 1:4 figure i could rely on id be over the moon. Im just skeptical after being let down on my last 2 figures

Drop a little bit of crazy glue (clear stuff from the small bottle) into the joint and then continually move the joint back and forth for about 3 minutes. That'll keep the joint from locking up and add a layer of the clear glue to the joint, helping to tighten it up.

I've done that to numerous figures over the last decade and have never had issues with them again. Works especially well for big figure with big joints that don't move often.

:lol You've got great GIFs for everything these days. Very appropriate. Robert De Niro making that gesture at me would make me shrink into a ball of nerves.
