NECA 1/4 scale predator

Despite the mask on City Hunter, it's not far off.

The spear can not retract all the way in as the first sections of the spear will touch each other.

But overall, the figure is practically spot on.

I just cancelled. I decided I can stand to wait and try and get the 1:4 P2s further down the road. I'll pay more for them then but not as much as I would if I passed on a high-end 1:4 figure such as EB BD T-800 and tried to get that after its sold out at retail. And I want to maximise my chances of being able to get that.

I just got my set from Amoktime $172.00 shipped!!!

Great figures, just as good as the first set. I do not think this new set is better than the Classic Predator figures as many have stated.

Added articulation is nice, but i absolutely despise seeing the ball joint on the upper legs. MAJOR eyesore, TWO THUMBS DOWN. Rather have less articulation with no visible joints. The P2's gauntlets are not the correct color, they are too grayish.

overall... sweet figures, glad i added these to my collection.

due to car problems and bills I had to sell my 1/4 scale Predator. As such, I have no need for the 2 1/4 scale Skull and Spine accessory I have which are cast by board member ashkanls (pic below). They're high quality and very well done - great to display with the 1/4 scale Predators!

passing on the P2 Gort. The P1 Gort is all i need.

The Unmasked P2 is cool, but strong chance i'll hold out until we see the inevitable P2 Unmasked Battle Damaged with bullet holes and severed arm. the Predator in P2 was never seen in the film unmasked w/o battle damage...so these figure(s) aren't "must(s)" as far as im concerned.

yeah if I would have know they were basically going to do Gort, I would have picked up the on sale P1 Gort for $60. I'll pass on these guys. If I spot a P2 unmasked in teh wild maybe, but not sure. I want my Elder

City Hunter's face seems to be created from the "Close-up" ***** face scenes. I would rather have the more distant look.

These could be the worst sellers of the lot. With those who already picked up Gort and that unmasked head not looking too sharp, hope NECA does not see this as waning interest in the line.
