I got one too. I was back and forth on it but there's no way I'll be able to afford it if HT makes her and she'll look cool beside NECA's Loader with Aliens Rip.
Plus, this ***** represents pure Cameron design awesomeness. I hope to get the same feeling when HT make another Reese or Hicks.

Yeah I think I will be passing on most Hot Toys Alien/Aliens/Alien 3 that they might make. Exceptions might be a good Aliens version of Ripley, Hicks, Hudson, Vasquez and maybe Drake. Actually can't see buying any of the creatures themselves because you know Hot Toys are just gonna make them up again and will once again use rubber since they apparently don't learn.
Overall, I'll stick to NECA for these films. Buy whatever they make and be done.

If HT do make a Queen it will probably in similar scale as NECA, highly doubt they will make a 1/6 Queen!
Looking forward to the next few weeks. Usually HT drop teasers on their plans for next year. All I need is a pic of a marine's armor or something Schwarzenegger and I'll have my year mapped out.

And it would be made of rubber, the joints would keep falling off, and it would be massively inaccurate.
I still dont know why they chose to use rubber.

Damn you Neca. Damn your Queen with all her beauty and lure. Went to the figure store picking something up for the wife (she collect sNightmare before xmas figures) and yeah, there she was, behold the Queen. Her majesty was calling and I had to answer. I tried to resist, but couldn't. But seriously I almost did but my wife was with me (thought I was just there to browse) and very surprisingly she was talking me INTO getting it. Usually she wants to kill me when I spend $100 or more on a figure. She said she doesn't want to have to hear me whine the whole way home. lol. I would have too.
So my thoughts... much lighter than I expected. Paint is phenomenal. The stand... I wanted to take that thing and throw it against the wall. that plastic piece at the top was brutal. It kept sliding and turning. I ended up just with the ling pole minus that top part. Tail is shorter than expected. The inner mouth was a pain in the ass to get in. The 6 spikes that plug into the top, be careful. Pegs are very thin and can break easy. There are lefts and rights, large t small so be sure to get the correct sides and sizes in otherwise you will have to pull them out or just leave them as is. There is a nice backdrop in the box that you can use against your wall and on your shelf.
