The dog alien seems like it wont be able to position him in a running pose like it was in the movies. It seems like the head does not lean back enough to make him walk on all four. The figure looks more like sitting than running. Oh well I'm still going to get the queen which looks amazing :)

Look this pics... double neck joints?

well got 1 of my alien queens today, she's beautiful, but her left shoulder came broken away from her body, so sick right now, the new factory sux just like all of neca's factories., praying my 2nd queen cames undamaged.

I've repaired so many broken toys over the the years that I don't sweat it anymore. I can rebuild them better than before. Stronger, faster... I have the tech--...

Still, it would be nice if I didn't have to go to the trouble but it doesn't influence my purchasing decisions.

The biggest pain is the flimsy plastic that's prone to warping. Take the Tall Man for example. I had to drill up into his leg and insert a 3" metal rod through the base to keep that mother
c * ck from doing an impossible lean.

All my Neca figures of the past five/six years have come with no issues. It is really easy….I just keep them MOC. :)

I have displayed 7” figures in rooms here and there for many years. It eventually become to busy and untidy. Plus many end up in a box never to see daylight again due to "New Arrivals" (cough… McFarlane… cough. Except for The Fly and Edward Scissorhands). My display is mainly 1/6 scale now. Few and clean

I still have the need to own NECA figures (Rocky, Gremlins, Prometheus, Aliens, Predator, Planet of the Apes etc). How can anyone pass on these offerings. I just find, buy and put away. There is a peace of mind knowing I own it!! And thats all I need.

All of my NECAs - various Aliens, Predators, Terminators and RoboCops, Leonidas, Perseus, etc. - are MOC as well. But based on this company's track record, I know at least one of those mothers is broken. :lol

It's a shame really, I'm not prepared to pay for another NECA product that is going to break easily again.
I called one of the places that I get my Neca stuff from and they got their Alien Queen shipment. He said he only had 4 because all of the other ones came broken and he had to send them back. He did blame UPS though. I am not sure how many more he had though but he usually orders a decent amount of the large scale items for his store.

well to each his own,but I didn't pay $100 + shipping to get a figure to repair, I got it to display and enjoy.

well once I get an undamaged queen with nothing broken, she will be my figure of the year, she looks fantastic in person.
