These companies could help eachother out if they kept eachother in mind when making this stuff ^ if those were in scale I'd buy that SS piece where otherwise it would not have got my attention and I'm sure the reverse could be true - a SS collector might buy some NECA figures.

That's what NECA did back in The Lord of the Rings days. They purposely made their Epic scale Balrog in scale with the 6", 7" Toy Biz figures.

got bishop today, wouldn't going to, but now I'm glad I did.
I got a very good painted one, a miracle since I got him online, he looks really cool in person, very good likeness.

I'm torn on Bishop too. I want one but I'm trying hard to stick to characters, robots & creatures that I love so I don't wind up eBaying half my collection again.

the queen is my main figure of all time, but bishop was a good character in the movie, so I finally decided to get him, I mite not keep him in my collection forever, but for now I like having him.

I love my Bishop figure. The QC could be a bit better, but he was such an important character in the movie and Lance Henriksen is one of my favorite actors, so it was a must-buy for me. Plus he comes with the official USCMC knife!

Kinda. Also the eyes on mine are identical to the headlining image in your video there^ (slightly less ''whites'' in one eye than the other) Excellent sculpting though.

Yeah, both the Bishop and Kane figures had some tacky paint issues on them. The Bishop's was on the blue jumpsuit and the Kane's was on the bronze areas. The Bishop's is especially noticeable as very shiny areas on the jumpsuit. I let them sit out for a few days without touching them and the stickiness seems to have gone mostly away. The Bishop is still a bit shiny on some areas though...

Willpower... Fading... *forehead sweating* :D
A cruelly ironic sentence considering what happens to him. [emoji38]
Haha I was waiting for someone to catch that.

Yeah I know I'll end up folding and pick one up. [emoji14]

Total minutia alert here but that line will bug me all night thanks to an unhealthy mania of some kind :wink1:. Only Hudson carried it. By contrast 6 of the 9 ground pounding marines carried "scalemead survival" knives (more commonly found as the "explorer night raider" with the blackened blade) like Hicks had. 2 had no knife at all. Granted, the night raiders were less sexy and never featured, let alone used in an iconic scene, but the mk2 is still the 'oddball' used by only one guy so is hardly 'official'.

But I digress...I know your point. Sorry to interrupt!
