That review bothered me a bit lol. Glad he had it up day 1 but not knowing the Antena or the flame torch I dunno it bothered me. Oh I am still not sad about the $100 I want it that bad I don't care. When I'm done doing custom weathering it will be a lot more. But that sculpt it fantastic. Respect your collection ! 100 is still cheap for what you get. Should gave come with a ripley but still can't wait to get it Monday. As long as I can get the arm all the way up to slap the queen I'm down.

Oh yeah costomizing time. I'm going to use clay copper mesh to replace the plastic soft grate it comes with and paint it to look like the picture here. I'm going to study the film pics and see about other details.

I resisted this line for a damn long time, but '86 Ripley finally broke me. She is so awesome, I couldn't leave my local store without her and a xeno companion. Neca have been killing it recently.

Between her and the upcoming Sarah Connor, I'm finally getting my fill of badass female figures.

I canceled my order for the Powerloader on BBTS. $100 is a bit steep for this figure, No sound or Lights I'll just wait for a price drop and order it then.

Also I have to agree with That review video. Damn guy always rushing to be the 1st to post a review video and always speed thru the damn thing.......now it's all about the video hits and not really enjoying the figures.
He has the Queen and could of post them together but nope. He didn't know about the Antennas cause he's rushing. Dude speed talks too damn fast and doesn't fully enjoys the figs.

It just didn't look all that impressive in cejaman's review. Maybe it'll fare better in other reviews? I have no intent on picking up the HT version.

Didn't the NECA ED-209 plummet in price several months after it first became available? If that happens with the PL, then I'll pick it up.

I got the Sgt Windrix figure yesterday. It's a really nice sculpt with really good articulation. The tank does not come off the flame-thrower though, which means I can't swop it with my missing Ripley's version. Why on Earth would NECA do that? So I'm going to have to try and buy another Ripley before they sell out. Anyhoo, out of the USCM he's probabaly the best figure I've received. All the joints work as they should, the only bummer is I broke off part of the harness trying to get the back light in it's hole. Time to glue my fingers together again!

I'm starting to feel like buying these NECA figures is like being with an abusive spouse. 99% of the time there's something broken or missing, or some of the joints don't work. But I can't walk away and stop buying the damned things.

The powerloader looks really good. I have the Hicks / Alien 2 pack, Hudson & Hicks, and Ripley, but think I'm going to sell them on to concentrate on just the first movie figures.

Yeah, what's with the confusion about the antennae and the size? It's right there on the box!

I swear people think the Powerloader was the size of the APU from the Matrix films and that the APC from Aliens is the size of a Batmobile.

In their defence me personally it's "The Power Loader" from Aliens. I only know it from the shots in the movie. I have not examined it in detail, or 360 this thing in my life. So I might have a certain perhaps wrong expectation when I have it for the very first time on my kitchen counter. I might make a comment saying it looks small. And to be honest I don't think I would know those are antenna's seconds after I pulled it out of the box. Unfortunately I know I won't be buying this. The price point is to high. Sad really because NECA is putting in effort into developing these toys for us collectors. You can tell the cost are high in today's toys. For a $100 we only get the loader. Years pass we would get the loader, a few crates and Ripley!!

Has anyone seen any of these in TRU. My TRUs suck. Still pushing Neca Rambo, Rocky and Robocop video game versions.

...if this doesn't sell, don't be surprised if your big non 8" inches dream figure/vehicle doesn't get made (and there are some asking for an APC!) I think the price is fair for all the detail and pieces this thing is made of. Sure I would have loved lights, but they aren't so essential, and other accessories don't make sense with this vehicle. Ripley didn't fought the Queen with crates. The price and shelf space needed for this, and the busy release schedule of other figures had me doubting of getting it, at least for now, but since the figures I wanted are being delayed, I'm very inclined to buying this (should a friend accept my offer). So yeah, I think this looks great and will be a great addition to my Alien collection

For those that have UK orders I received an email today for the power loader and eggs.

Power Loader is expected in stock around the 16th-19th October.

Eggs are expected in stock on the 30th October.

There was an apology attached to the egg email regarding the delay but with Neca releasing so much this close to each other I hadn’t noticed.
