I'm guessing 4 figures in wave 9 and we know Vasquez is one. There is going to be some type of Alien in the wave, maybe split between 2 different Aliens like the gray & red dog alien in the coming A3 wave. I would think with the tooling expense they put in for the smartgun and everything else that goes with it it makes Drake a likely choice and that leaves a 3rd marine - Frost to round out the wave. We just got the Ripley up today we have a figure of her for the 30th anniversary.

Boom! Place your bets, it's going to go down this way - lol.

I just got the Loot Crate notice that the Aliens crate is ready to order but it doesn't even say what Neca's contribution to the crate is. Neca is already confirmed it's not a figure so I'm not even going to mess with it.

Newt looks fantastic, sad and frustrating that she's SDCC exclusive. Hopefully she's easy to order when the time comes.

I got the crate. I have pretty low expectations for the NECA contribution, but it isn't that expensive of a crate and the whole day has been a bit underwhelming so far. Figured I better get the crate to at least have SOMETHING to look fondly back on.

If the other marine isn't Drake my guess would be Frost. I'm sure the members of the cast who most frequently attend conventions and anniversary reunions are the most likely candidates - so, other than those who we already know are being made, that leaves Mark Rolston and Ricco Ross.

In retrospect it has been pretty overhyped. I'm most surprised by Hot Toys with absolutely nothing about it on their facebook. No new announcements, no Ripley preorder. Just the usual Marvel train.....on second thoughts why am I surprised by that. Why am I surprised by that in the ****ing slightest?

I don't get the whole Vas announcement delay either, if it is even a delay, but why not today being what it is and all like you said.

Maybe not to step on Newts announcement?

Regarding SDCC, their twitter said she would be made available for those that didn't attend SDCC, or would that just be a plain version with no accessories?

My head hurts, collecting toys is too stressful, i'm going back to sky diving.

My luck Neca will send me this version...
