Found both part 3 Jason's at my TRU today. Picked up the regular non damaged version. Unfortunately all had kinda warped hocks, some worse than others but I'm hoping maybe heating it up and reshaping it can help. I'll try to get some pics up in the next day or so.

What state do you live in? If you don't mind my asking...

Dont understand how TRU in CA gets them before me in the Bronx, NY. TRU is so damn random in getting things onto their shelves. It really pisses me off. They have some of the same stuff on the pegs from last year but new items take months to show up. One employee tells you the next truck will be there on Saturday. The next day, another employe says the next truck will be next week on Wednesday. It amazes me. Do these people really find it hard to give you a straight answer? I work in retail as a Front End Manager for Stop and Shop. Whenever a customer approaches me with a question, I help them however possible. That's what I'm there for. These people at both TRU's that I go to, don't know a thing and it seems like all they do is walk back and forth and in and out of the back room. Again, amazing.

Isn't that the usual way product lines flow? I was told once that shipments usually arrive in the west coast and make it ways over to the east coast making us usually the last ones to get them. I remember when I use to be hardcore in collecting Star Wars stuff from Hasbro, I will always purchase my figures from California locations because they would always get them weeks in advance before ever hitting the east side.

Ive said it before and I'll say it again, dont trust anything you hear from TRU employees. Most of them dont care about toys its just another job. You might find one or two guys that are there cause they love toys the rest...its just a job. I know from experience.

Walking into the back room "to check on stock" items when asked is the typical run around. Then they come back and say "no we dont have any, whats on the shelves is what we have". Same with calling in, alot of times its put them on hold and you wait and they come back and say no we dont have it.

This.

I was actually quite surprised the my TRU had the Jason's in-stock since lately they have gotten very few NECA stuff in-stock. I was actually searching for the Matty TDKR Bane or Catwoman (which they didn't have) but was pleasantly surprised to see the part 3 Jason's hanging on the shelves next to Ash.

Still nothing here as of today. Of course they got another case of ED2 series 2, but none of the 3 new lines that NECA released in august. -_-

Found both versions at my TRU....they also had the new Freddys.:clap

...Looked as if they had just put these out...was able to pick and choose the best ones. I did notice the mask on the unbattled damage was worse than the one with Battle damage.:cuckoo: But over all awesome figures...will post some pics later.

...My TRU also had them priced at 14.99.:clap

Where are you located? Just got back from mine over here, still nothing.

Finally found them in my TRU. They had the new NOES series too. I'll have to find an original 'plain' freddy on ebay if I want to add him to the collection. To my surprise, there were only 1 or 2 bad looking masks in the case that was out. Very cool figure. Another great addition to my NECA 'definitive' movie collection!

What State you in?

Bronx, NY. I'm pretty sure the reason why it took TRU a while to get them, is because they waited to ship both the Friday the 13th series 1 and Nightmare on Elm Street series 3 cases out at the same time.

He really is a cool figure isn't he. The head sculpt underneath is fantastic. I almost want to display him without the mask on. I also like how the shirt seems to be a separate piece of rubber. I can't wait till the TFC Jason hits shelves.

Just got home with this and the new Freddy p.3.

All the BD masks looked horrible but the regular versions were fine. :cuckoo: I was after BD but after seeing them went with a regular one, none of the masks looked anywhere near as mispainted as the ones a few pages back though.

Jason was 14.99, Freddy was 17.99, the new S.2 Gremlins were 20.99. Wtf Neca? I passed on the Gremlins, they didn't have the Mogwais anyway just Lenny, Phantom, and the Brown Gremlin. I'd have picked up Lenny probably if I had George but I missed him. Anyway I'll crack these open and have pics up in a bit.

My awful pics wont do these justice, I'll get far better ones when I open them. The sculpts on both of these are incredible. I had no plan to pick up Fred until I saw that headsculpt.
