Latest fixes, thighs, the area between the dark and light I had not given a shade of medium brown
then I added some black spots in the design at the center of the forehead, in the original photos in the shape of the design was larger and down almost to the eyebrows

My set arrived today. Excellent sculpts and I'm even happy with the paint on Berserker and Falconer - not so much the classic though.:monkey2
I suppose that was inevitable, with the body netting in combination with his skin patterning, it required a more precise paintjob which a factory can only barely achieve.

Other problems include stiff joints that will likely break if I force them. What do I do there? One of classics hands isn't pushed all the way in and he is missing his hanging elbow straps - is he supposed to have them or are people adding their own??

dunk the figure in hot water for a minute, until it gets nice and soft, and gently pull it apart piece by piece. then dunk it again and reassemble it. i've been doing that to my figures since the McFarlane days. they were the pioneers of stuck joints.

Thanks prefused, it will be done.

Something else I've only just noticed - are the little skulls and the spinal column trophy supposed to be on seperate bandoliers? McFarlane have them all on the same string.

yeah they're supposed to be on separate strings. also, the McF skulls are huge. i just didn't bother putting them on my Classic because it looks more stupid than no bandoleers at all.

Try to force them, unless the entire inside of the joint is painted together it won't be a big deal.

Just got my series 2 today. Here are some photos with my not very good photo-shoot skill.

Lol, what happened to the paint on Berserker? Really love Tracker, though.

As usual from Neca, great sculpt cheap paint app.
I love tracker as well, really wish the bio of Classic is not BD version, but...
Hopefully, an 18" Classic will be made by Neca.

Flash does not flatter these figures. In fact it doesn't even flatter Hot Toys figures, I would never use it. The paint looked brutal in the flash photos but then thankfully not quite so bad in the closeups.

Tracker's outfit is terrible, looks like hes wearing dungarees or something and his mask is only noteworthy because of the tusks - otherwise its the plainest mess of a mask that looks like it was made by a yautja child! But none of that is NECAs fault, I'm sure the figure is great.

Looking forward to lining all the figures up, glad I decided to collect them in the end.

The flash in the first photos... Wow those didn't look good at all. The close-ups, though, without the flash, look nice actually.

They don't look as good as the pics on NECA's twitter, though :-/
