NECA: Predator Movie Franchise Figures

NECA just posted on twitter everything but the dreads and accessories are done for P2. We will probably see just the unmasked version at Toyfair if they can get it ready in time.

They said he will have even more articulation that the "Predators" and Classic Pred do!

Shoot, just show us an unpainted, un-dreaded, un-accessorized prototype, I don't care. I just wanna see the darn thing.

Hurray! The Predators figures articulation wasn't all that great IMO.
I really hope P2 comes out good.

Only thing I didn't like was that they hinted that if they do all the Lost hunters, they'll be split amongst exclusives and whatnot...

I say just throw them all in a massive boxed set with packaging that looks like the Pred ship... how cool of a display would that be?

I really hope P2 comes out good.

I thought the Classic Pred had just the right amount. But then again, I'm a guy who would rather sacrifice articulation to preserve the sculpt.

well, NECA exclusives aren't that big a deal. they're not gonna do the same crap HT pulled with the Guardian. NECA exclusives are generally easy and cheap to get ahold of. i'm not worried about it.

Yeah, every Pred exclusive they have made has been pretty easy to get. Both SDCC exclusives can still even be fairly easily found, and the TRU 2-pack is very plentiful.

Doesn't matter if there is cool background paper stuff, it's almost impossible to take it out without ripping it up..

Not necessarily, it could be a separate piece from the packaging, like what Hot Toys does with their cardboard backdrops. Just an idea, would be neat. Hopefully each one comes with a skull or two to set up a trophy wall when the series ends.

I still can't believe it's been a year since the first ones were announced. Pssh, I can wait a few more weeks. Time flies.

it just means the subject matter in the post is "ambitious". that tells me they're more hoping rather than planning to make them.
