NECA: Predator Movie Franchise Figures

Rider I would love all the things you want. I'm sure we all do but NECA won't make accessory packs and doesn't make bases. They have stated this in the past.

The best you will get is the extras in the upcoming Predator lines.

Well Neca would make no 19 "Predator.
Tankman he feared the 14 "is.

But he came.

Neca would be a queen too expensive.
But Necaspeaks about it again.

I think if we would write Neca could do with our cause something.
Of course they would not all our wishes.
But something like this.
e.g. a 7 "Trophy Wall.

Or 19 "City Hunter and Elder.

Or else.

If we do not say what we want to Seneca, then how can anything come of it?

He's not too much of a douche, after all, people on this forum clamoring for a 18' P1 made it happen... Tankman saw the demand for it, it was something he wanted to see done, and now they're doing it.. at least as far as I understand.

Moral of story: if you want a company to do something let them know / rant over haha!

I admit things can be changed, perhaps he just annoys me with poor English, that sounds horrible I know. But it is very redundant and I get what he is saying. Oh well, what can I do? I am done ranting about him.

Not exactly true. Yes, sometimes it works, but when it doesnt, there is a reason. Check it...

Many years ago, Mcfarlane toys had Movie Maniacs. A series of figures, which were based of many movie properties.

On the Spawn.com Forum, people would petition for figures. One highly wanted figure was the Candyman. People begged, and pleaded the God, Todd to make this plastic beauty. And so they did!

People were excited beyond ALL reason! REJOICE BROTHERS! THEY HATH MADE THE CANDYMAN!

When the figure was released.....it ended up being the biggest and longest standing peg warmer of all time. Sitting on the pegs, marked down to mere cents...and still, no one bought the Candyman.

And the figure was good too. So there you go. That's why most fans suck, and shouldnt make a company do anything.

Same thing happened with Yarna, the fat dancer for the Hasbro Star Wars line....but they massively overproduced her so it was kinda Hasbros fault she pegwarmed so severely. They learnt the lesson though and Willrow Hood seemed to sell through acceptably.

But there are certainly ways to combine our interests and Necas.

An often cited example of mine:

Neca could enclose each Predator a skull and a plate(a Part of the Trophy Wall).
If you buy all, you have the trophy wall.
Collectors want them all.
And children are interested not so for the Lost Predators.

So it is with some Marvel figures done very successfully.

They're not going to do it because the figures already cost a lot to make. The bases would up the price even more.

NECA doesn't want to do it...

Be happy we're getting the skulls.

Human figures cost far less in production.
And they have no bases.

This is a general problem.
Now and then you could already make a base, or sets with bases(like the Exorcist).

Neca just want to not, because they are stingy.

The question is also what we get skulls?
The large, too?

Stingy or not catering to your wants and whims? Bases take up too much room, I don't need them. They also limit the poses one can use because of the foot pegs.

Bases do not take up much space,
Most are quite small.

With the bases are the figures stable.
The figures do not fall over so quickly.

You can even pose the figures as you want.
It depends on the joints.


In addition, a figure with base just looks better.
Look at the Cult Classic Endoskeleton.
Like the Movie-its wonderful.

The diorama bases I loved it because as movie scenes have been duplicated.
