Every morning before I leave for work, I check out my collectables in my living room and low and behold my Deacon figure is laying on his face every time!
No matter how I pose this guy he always finds a way to tip over, even when displayed with the stand. His knee joints isn't the tightest and the poses you put him in is pretty awkward to be bent like that, but damn, this is getting ridiculous already!
I may have to glue his knees soon.
Anybody else been having their Deacon tip over lately?
Mine did the same thing when he was squatted down. It just always fell with the stand. SO what I did is simply just did not squat him down as much and he's been fine ever since. If you have him in that low squat position just try lifting him up some and see if that helps.Every morning before I leave for work, I check out my collectables in my living room and low and behold my Deacon figure is laying on his face every time!

just to confirm the rumors that have been floating around lately...
Randy (NECA) has stated that Prometheus series 3 IS happening and that it will consist of two figures, Holographic pressure suit engineer and Holographic chair suit engineer. At least one accessory for S3 has been confirmed. A picture of said accessory went up on twitter today and it is a fantastic looking urn/ampule. Though its not finished, preliminary work on urn has exceeded my expectations (urn opens up etc. as well).
We should expect to see series 3 in stores this summer.
In addition, randy said that, if the cumulative sales for series' 1 through 3 meet total development costs for the line, NECA will then move forward with the tooling for shaw and vickers (the two females would be series 4). So...there's still a small chance that Dr. Shaw may come to fruition. S3 cant be peg warmers and S1 and S2 need to continue to sell a bit. We'll see if things go down that way
edit: i see sachiel posted a pic of the urn while i was typing. Thanks sachiel. However, just to clarify, holloway is not part of series 3 as of this moment. Just the two holo engineers + urn accessory right now.
what is Randy smoking....
the first series of Prometheus did not sell as well as they hoped, and making variants of the engineers is supposed to make a lot of money for them?
