New ALIEN Statue from Yoshihiko Sano

The light is making the dome a lttle more couldy than whay it really is. In person you can still see the skull and all the details underneath. Its movie magic. I have more pics but they make it look more brown than it actually is. I'll try to get some pics that show how it really looks.
The dome is made of plastic.

Actually it is very cloudy,in the movie you can't really tell what's under the dome until you're really aware that there is actually a skull under.

DP's version with the dome looks fine to me!
His paint job on the skull has so many details so I can understand that it is too bad if we can't see them anymore
But et's just see some more pics!

It looks and feels like plastic, but I'm pretty sure it's also resin. Excellent paint up.

The paint on the normal version is black and on the special version you've got more details with some grey added !

I love the vein work(?) on the shoulders. Very Gigeresque. Like a combination between bone and skin, giving it that exoskeleton feel. Mind-blowing work, Darth!
