I'd love about another half dozen figures between TDK and Begins, but knowing how HT handles things, I'll be actual jaw-dropping shocked if we ever see something that isn't Batman or Joker from them between now and the third movie.

Not at all, I'm just doing that nervous, uncomfortable dance at the moment. I really want A) a new makeup head, and B) unposed eyes, but now that the grenade's confirmed, my guess is I may get a new sculpt, but again the eyes'll be posed, they'll paint it like he's staring down Gamble from the scene. Rather than give collectors a diverse portrait, it'll be made specifically for the grenade gag. It'll look cool, but it'll basically make the head useful only for the gag, it'll be less diverse than the BR head. I hope to be proven wrong, but my gut's telling me that, and if that's the case, this set is good for the Cop Joker and a new coat for me, the new head would be pointless.

That coat actually doesn't look different to me, sure it looks slightly softer, but thats about it. It still looks nothing like Harue's prototype, as in how sharp and thin the material was giving it that true life-like look.
The sleeve(s) still looks puffy like v1, that I had to futz so much to get it somewhat thin.

There are a few of us lucky reviewers and bloggers spotted around the globe who get updates sent to us on priority, we just then share it with you good people. I know Shaun and Peter (Vader) get this stuff as well.

Same. Like I said before those are the only features that bugged me, hell I don't even care that the jacket is too dark either.
Yeah, I agree as it's easy to futz again. But it's a big IF!
Because in that pic the collars still look too high.
I never found it too dark to be honest.
I wouldn't care about the dark if it weren't that a lot of times, it borders black, not dark purple. I just want it a shade that is unquestionably always a shade of purple, dark, light, not so important, but unquestionably purple.
Yeah, the back view from the Cop shot looked better, this front shot looks more like the same pattern as the v1 just new fabric, I'm really anxious for photos to see what the deal is.

Great teaser! Hard to tell if anything on the outfit/headsculpt is new though. I think the material of the purple coat is different, but everything else pretty much looks the same. Although the shirt collar and tie look like they fit this time around.
One would think, and surely the lapel's would be positioned better as well.
Stop with the tease bull^^^^ and just show off the figure.
