Interesting........a " new line" another reason to spend dough on Hot Toys. Might as well start selling Medi and SS figures and dedicate the room to HT.
I'm not 100% sold on the sculpt looking like Ledger but they peaked my interest. Great marketing HT

I'm not super impressed with how this figure looks... also, 3 jokers (to me) is a bit of an overkill situation.
The DX bit has me interested, but even that is not enough to make me want to drop $$$ on it.

I'm still on board for a smiling sculpt (assuming a second head sculpt or figure is included). Perhaps a sculpt of the Joker during a scene at Harvey's rally were he drops Racheal out the window. He is wearing the classic purple suit and it could include a shotgun, knife in the shoe along with Cop Joker and its accessories.
This, but with straight eyes. Only downer is his hair won't be as chaotic as the film, but hopefully fairly close. The BR hair looks good but almost wetted down the way it hugs his head.
He actually looks like he could be a real clown in the mob meeting, which makes him more Joker than other configurations for me.

I think its a bit premature to be saying this comes with anything other than what was listed for "Cop Joker". HT has a knack for putting stuff in their previews that never sees the light of day, remember the Two-Face initial previews? There was a Bruce Wayne in front of him, differing headsculpt, 3 piece suit and people swore up and down that we'd be getting an MMS Bruce Wayne. Then.....nothing. I'll believe it'll come with actual Joker pieces once I see the full preview which sounds like soon but for right now I'm thinking we're only getting the Cop Joker despite what you see in the teaser.

Probably, in fact Deluxe makes me think two full figures for some reason not just a two in one but I'll leave my HT torch at home and save my rants about figures being "redone" in such a short amount of time until I see the full preview.

This is my problem. I just don't have that much money. They are making too much, too fast, and I'm very afraid it's going to end up souring me on this hobby if I can't keep up.

True, but those shots with the Wayne weren't official HT promo shots, they were taken by an outside photographer for a magazine of some sorts, this is official HT promo photo.

That image was from a 3rd party magazine and not an official Hot Toys image (while this Joker teaser 2 is). I'm pretty sure the purple outfit will be included.

Was the 89 Bat Symbol on the bottom of the teaser 2 pic a clue to some old Batman films getting some figures or is this just a standard logo used for this sort of thing?

i think we're going to get a new coat, new hands, hopefully another head, and some of the weapons like the detonators rocket launcher, shotgun.

Unfortunately I don't think the 89 logo is a clue. I just looked up some old promo images for the Tumbler and Bat-Pod and it's on there too. Seems to just be the standard logo.

I feel like Hot toys is cheating collectors out of the exclusivity of their figures be re-re-releasing a modified version as soon as the prior one sells out.
While this is great for the few who want an army of Jokers, I feel like constantly re-releasing an upgraded figure of past series is a spit in the face of those who preorder and go through the motions of getting the originals.
In addition, this DX line might hurt Hot Toy's sales if they keep doing this for every line. IMO, an exclusive or two is a great idea. However, now I have to start thinking about skipping some V1's in the hopes of a DX release. This just complicates things. My money is not infinite. I've already canceled my IronMan MK II & III for PREDATOR figures, HELLBOY and ABE for Terminator figures..... I can't help but wonder what I'll have to cancel next.
I would have gladly bought all of them if they were more spaced apart.
