You try to strip a Hot Toys figure! I did try, but the tie in the back would be ruined if I stripped it. I recommend no one tries unbuttoning the tunic either. Those beads-for-buttons are tricky to get through the loops. I have a very steady hand and a lot of patience, but not everyone does, so take it from me--- don't do it.

I am getting my Liz TOMORROW! :chew
And you can bet on a couple of things...
One, she will be NEKKID and posted as such upon arrival!
Two, her hands will trade out and go to my Ripley! (Rip's will be hers for a while...)
Three, I will make her into something ORIGINAL! A scantily clad, painted Pictish Archer perhaps?
Four, I will have a wicked costume left over to do something creative with later!
Five, I will probably just give in and put her in a nice period dress for a more COTBP look OR, that nice, tight shirt she had on while alone with Jack on the Island....
&Six....
Not sure yet, but having Keira Knightly here amongst my figures will indeed calm the savage beast!
And you can bet on a couple of things...

I agree. I like doll hair when it makes them look more real. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
I think in this case, her hair would sell better if it were darker.

Got mine last week along with Sao V:2, and I'm reviewing it now.
Hot Toys stuff is just coming thick and fast right now, running out of money, space and time (these reviews take a while).
I'd advise getting a nekkid bod off ebay and leave the armour on the fig if anybody wants to change out. That armour is pretty snug fitting and laced up the back. It wouldn't be impossable, but it would be time consuming and unless you're Les you'll never get it so sit as well again.
I tried the head on my ripley with the tight T-shirt..it's niice!

What a figure!
And after all this, it only took me about 15 minutes to undress her. All that comes off pretty easily actually. There are tabs in all the sections that pop together, and are semi glued in place, but can be reattached. the string that binds the back can be replaceed.
She looks GREAT!
I switched out the hands with my regular ALIENS Ripley, so she is done (other than a skintone coat on them to match her hand color) and have put the gloved ones on Keira, and they need skin matching, and will one day be traded out yet again perhaps....
BUT...
I like her! No need for clothed pics as you guys have seen those. Maulfan covered that well last go round anyway. But I will post a pic of her without. Her skin looks super! All tanned! Not bad!
Right now she is standing there, with those cool arm bands and boots, and nothing else! Needs a cool barbarian girl outfit and she could give Xena a run for her money! HOT!!!
Now to work up the Liz fig I want most. Studying the underdress from COTBP and may go with that one. And may change out her hair. Not too nuts about it. But it may yet work.

#1 Hollywood rule, real world rules are tossed aside to accommodate showing off the female form.
And in Keira's case, thanks goodness for it, though she looks beautiful the whole film once she got cleaned up. Man to have been Clive Owen on that set.
