I've been wondering the same. I have been still debating it, but am leaning on holding out for a life size iron patriot. For something that is supposed to be shipping in a few weeks the lack of information is kinda puzzling.

That's a Beast Kingdom lifesize (from Taiwan, I believe). Sideshow is just distributing it.

Just saw this piece now. This blows everything else that I've seen out of the water (in the size range.) Definitely not something I would purchase, but it looks sharp.

Saw this at SDCC. Kind of dissappointed with the paint app and the lack of details in the sculpt. Still miles ahead of the 9K Lifesize War Machine and Iron Patriot statue at Sideshow's booth. I have one of these bad boys coming and I am hoping the paint will be better. Pics:

comparing this lifesize to the MKVII LSF, the paint work and finish of the XLII looks rather flat and dull. The LSF version looks so much better!

I received my oxmox mark 42 and the paint job is a lot better than the pictured. I am very satisfied with my purchase .

It doesn't look that bad quality-wise, but I absolutely hate the color scheme of the XLII armor so I'd never be interested in this piece.

I don't think a paint app can get any flatter than that. Looks really bad in those pics, very cheap looking. Oxmox has great sculpts, but the paint is lacking on a lot of their stuff.
