I reckon it'll be the Fantastic Four. In an interview or Sideshow Radio, I remember hearing that when asked about the upcoming LSBs for 2010, the Sideshow staff member said that they had released a certain villain in LSB format and the associated hero characters with that villain would be released in LSB format in 2010.

Signs definitely point to Doom or Galactus as the villain

or maybe 3 different versions of spidey, being goblin, veonom and Carnage have been released.
here's to hoping, though it's doubtful imo.
