So green one was available? WTF....:dunno

Oh boy!
Seriously guys, I'm sounding like a broken record here!
Please go back and read the last pages VS!
They are not, we have a few replacements/fixes left over from last production, it's not a new edition! I'm sure Arahom will say its all gone soon. He just told me what his plans were, and it was never announced. We had some owed to us and were going to get them mailed to us, now you guys can have them. Why not I say? When everyone and their grandma is asking for more! :)

Please guys take the time to at least listen! :slap This will be my last explanation. From now on, direct your questions direct to ARH Studios email: [email protected]
Listen if you really want to let go of your Rattle, do a switch, you got to hurry, but the ES on rattle is 70, I wouldn't do it.

ok i decided to stick with my rattle version. good thing too because i heard back from Arahom and he said they were not available anymore. he said....

Trust me, you made a good decision! Also, we are not producing more Medusa Green. My factory is making me 10 more to replace the broken pieces I received in 2011. All 10 are gone already.

I can understand the 10 green Medusas that were fixed. But I think the jump from 50 to 70 rattlesnake editions was kind of odd. An ES shouldn't even be posted if you are going to change it. Most people on these forums are more willing to jump on a statue with a set and low ES. Personally, and I am sure this goes for others, even you Averone, I get very disappointed after ordering a limited edition statue and then find out that the ES has been changed.

I'm glad I'm getting a Rattle. I'm glad others that missed out on the Green also will have a chance to own this, even if it is 20 more than originally stated. I'm glad ARH will not make anymore Medusas. I'll be glad when we can move on from all the perceived slights and focus on this awesome piece. :horse

Now bring on some WiP pics!

Who here thinks that the addition of another 20 is going to make a huge impact on how rare this Rattle is?

I collect too, and am very experienced collector. The edition of another 20 is not going to change the demand on this statue at all. If we did another 100 or 200 maybe, but in reality it matters very little.

Lets take an example from the SS page, if Hulk PF was announced at 200 and they only made 100 for some reason and a few years later came back to make the rest, would we be upset? Yes, we would but thats their right as they told us they will make 200.

Now SS, would never do that, they have money and security.
ARH Studios is in its infancy right now, and we learn as we go.
We did this ES for our fans, Im sure many of them are more than grateful.

I am not saying what your saying has no validation, but we value the gain of these new customers and/or supporting of our prior loyal ones much more than worry about those who do not wish to buy from us because they do not like this practice. We are acting within our means and right to make the rest of our Medusas.

I have said it many times, its a struggle for a small company to gain momentum, and we must take advantage of what we have to gain strength. To bring out new statues is not easy, money is tough to come by these days as everyone know, and we are no exception to the rule of making it.

Arahom and I set our standards high and we bend over backwards to make sure that each and everyone of you who buy from us are taken care of at the end.

I want to see any producer come on these forums and stay in touch with their customers like I do, I think many of you know we are a very resilient bunch and we are not going to discount our customers in any way, but at the end of the day its about staying alive and profitable so we have to make the tough decisions.

I hope you understand that this comment was directed to everyone and not directly to you Blackqueen. Thank your for stating the fact, I am sure Arahom will read this and take note in our future endeavors.

Yes its true Arahom again confirmed with me today
His understandably upset about a few comments, but we read them together, and try to respond the best we can.

"Don’t forget to mention on the forums that WE ARE NOT MAKING MORE GREEN MEDUSA

Our Factory is making me 10 more only to replace the 10 I received broken in 2011 and could not sell! The edition size number for Green Medusa is not being altered!

Arahom Radjah
ARH Studios Inc."

Now I understand every time you come back here, it looks like there is all of the sudden a few more.

Think with me, what better way to do this than offer these last Medusas to our fans directly while the factory is producing the rest of the Rattle?

You have to all understand, its a production, and they will never do 10 at a time. It saves us time and money to have these delivered to you directly now.
Otherwise we would have mailed them here to USA ARH Studios and offer them later on. Then what would happen! Another uproar!
I believe its the best time to get rid of our entire inventory.

Just telling you how it is, although I know your all smart and you know all this already! ;)

Yea its getting kind of old for all of us to go over this, again and again.

The only comments are now from those who will miss out yet again on the Medusa and then we will hear this again!

Im ready for some WIP pics for factory like yesterday! :peace

The Medusa, Green or Rattle, is a fantastic, great looking statue. Maybe ARH should focus on female mythology such as a Harpy, Aphrodite, Succubus, Siren, etc...

Agreed, lets move on

changing topic does anybody have pics of the original ap of the green version? i'm just curious as to how much the look will change from the ap rattle to the production piece.

My question is if you want to make money because the company is new then why use a pressure tactic? I say this because you originally said there are only 50 being made better order before they are sold out because once they are gone they are gone. Then proceed to take orders for a week and a half after it was sold out. It makes me wonder how many were made total. That is why i canceled my preorder today. Its a great looking statue but i dont like the fact that i was pressured to buy something or i would miss out when in fact it wasnt the case. Then all im told by the owner is that is it wrong for anyone that wants one to not get one if they want one and ill regret it when everyone else has one. Well dont set an edition size. Pretty simple. Its not beating a dead horse either since it seems every week brings a new twist in the edition size. Now you have 10 green ones being made with arrows that makes those the rarest of all. Also i dont buy the fact they are replacements since those people already received a refund long ago. Its just bad business all the way around.
Jim

He said he will refund me the money tomorrow since he doesnt work on the weekends. Im sure he will refund it tomorrow i dont think it should be a problem.

If you feel you were pressured into buying Medusa...and you feel ARH Studios (Alex & Arahom) as Dishonest people and Bad Business. Then you did the right thing to ask for a refund & cancelled preorder.

No way I am giving up my Rattle Medusa...Alex & Arahom are very good people and ARH Studios is making awesome statues and I hope it continues for a long time to come!

:peace

Never said they were dishonest. I think that they reply to emails exceptionally fast and I think the statues that arh makes are wonderful pieces. I don't think they have good business practices. If someone is buying into a preorder under the assumption that only 50 are made then after it sells out they don't come on here to say you know what we are making more but only after other people let the cat out of the bag and said hey I could still order one today and contact them if you want one they are still taking orders. Just doesn't sit well with me since the story before it originally sold out was if you don't preorder now they will be gone forever. I don't like feeling tricked into buyi ng something. That's just my opinion. And again I do not think either are dishonest people. I just think that the way this was handled was bad. That is why I cancelled my order.

SS has done it....eFx also....it happens. difference is Averone was communicating with us frequently whereas those companies announced it the next day or so that there was going to be a larger ES than previously announced.

why are we still talking about this? it's pointless, the extra 10 are sold and the rattle has been sold out for a while. i agree that the way this situation was handled was less than professional but it's over. they are small company just trying to make some money and some great statues. i can't fault them for changing thinks a little. i just feel lucky that i got one of these masterpieces!

Thanks guys
Jim had decided to ask for a refund and we respect his wishes.
It's Sun and I quickly addressed this issue directly to Arahom.
I never thought we were pressuring anyone to buy anything.
It's always a choice and like every great statue, it sells itself once the word gets out. I have a list of guys very happy to take his spot.

We know we can't make everyone happy, it's just impossible to do. I only want to make sure you sleep sound knowing we are always working behind the scenes, in this case even on Sundays to make sure your taken care of.

Jim, I wish you the best and hope you look back here and see what kind of people we are. One of the things I love about being such a startup is that I build a very close relationship with the fans. It hurts us to see you unhappy with us in any way. Hope someday in the near future, you look at us differently.

I'm sure I have said this before, and will say it once more, I'm here for all of you fans of ARH Studios.

Best;

Alex A.
