is this June shipping or July? Never did get a clear answer on that one iirc. Excited for the rattle, moreso everytime I watch the vid or look at pictures. It is what it is with the extra green version, whatever I was a little peeved but oh well.. Still can't wait to get this beast in my possession.

Never said they were dishonest. I think that they reply to emails exceptionally fast and I think the statues that arh makes are wonderful pieces. I don't think they have good business practices. If someone is buying into a preorder under the assumption that only 50 are made then after it sells out they don't come on here to say you know what we are making more but only after other people let the cat out of the bag and said hey I could still order one today and contact them if you want one they are still taking orders. Just doesn't sit well with me since the story before it originally sold out was if you don't preorder now they will be gone forever. I don't like feeling tricked into buyi ng something. That's just my opinion. And again I do not think either are dishonest people. I just think that the way this was handled was bad. That is why I cancelled my order.

Everyone has brought up some valid points. I for one feel that if an item is declared sold out, then it should remain that way. If an edition size had been set initially, the company should not be producing any more than the declared edition size or re releasing the same statue. This hurts the collectibility of the item and the company's reputation in the long run.

Based on the explanation given by ARH, I'm satisfied that ARH is not producing over the declared edition size for the green medusa. They simply had some leftovers from the initial run that remain unsold (note that SS does this ALL the time with their newsletter ie. damaged or stock found in the warehouse). Maybe to satisfy previous collectors, the exclusive arrows should not have been included for the green medusa and only incl for the rattle exclusive, to be fair to past collectors of the green medusa.

As for the rattle exclusive, only 70 will be produced. No more, no less. This is fixed and done with.

Guys, ARH has been taking pains to make great obscure character choices for the fans. Although there are some bumps along the way, let's continue to give ARH our support to ensure the future of this company and that they continue to put out quality statues that are sought after, desirable and stand the test of time.

What was in fact our loss at the time has become a great opportunity for the lucky few, but Im not a fan of variations unless its done by the all of you.

I am not 100% just yet as I never heard this till you guys started mentioning it. It would make sense since they come out on the Rattle mold but I am not sure. Please give me some time and I will get an answer for this. It would seem strange even to me to have this done. Yet I am not sure so I will find out for you from the factory and Mr. Arahom.

Jim had decided to ask for a refund and we respect his wishes.
It's Sun and I quickly addressed this issue directly to Arahom.
I never thought we were pressuring anyone to buy anything.
It's always a choice and like every great statue, it sells itself once the word gets out. I have a list of guys very happy to take his spot.

We know we can't make everyone happy, it's just impossible to do. I only want to make sure you sleep sound knowing we are always working behind the scenes, in this case even on Sundays to make sure your taken care of.

Jim, I wish you the best and hope you look back here and see what kind of people we are. One of the things I love about being such a startup is that I build a very close relationship with the fans. It hurts us to see you unhappy with us in any way. Hope someday in the near future, you look at us differently.

I'm sure I have said this before, and will say it once more, I'm here for all of you fans of ARH Studios.

My version would be an instant refund wouldn't care if it was christmas or easter day...followed by don't come back ever..and blacklisted to all future releases.

I am no saint and I have complained and had a whinge at ARH for delayed statues waiting longer than release dates...but I have never cancelled my order...I think cancelling thats just takes it to a new level. Its nasty. Also continuing to come here and type crap and then not have the guts to stand by your words of calling them dishonest.

Alex has made so many posts and answered every question here....where is the problem?

It would not sit right to have ARH studios statues in my collection and home, and then come here and accuses Alex & Arahom and ARH Studios a shady business and dishonest.

I waited extra 4 months on Achilles...but I am not going to crucify Arahom over it....when I did get Achilles I gave a big thanks to him for creating such a great statue! And I hope the ARH Studios guys pump out many more AWESOME STATUES!!!

I have to say more like July-Aug shipping
I'm saying this as I know how the factory works, especially this one likes to work slower than some.
Again, this is a question that will be answered the closer we get to the productions end.

If Arahom has her still and I will ask him to bring her here to my residence in April and we will do another video review and compare her to the green that I have here
I will also take much more pics for the all of you of the proto

Yeah Alex, I think you should clarify this point. It seems to me that the big hooha is of the 'exclusive' arrows for the green medusa, since the past release did not have them, why should the additional warehouse finds have them? It would not be fair to the past collectors of the green medusa.

Thanks, you know how it had been. Slow turn arounds and long waits.
It's my goal to improve this turn around. We had a rough year last year and didn't have the big hits. In our mind this also has to change, we are better than that. Great Pheidias, thanks for all your continued support, you realize what we do takes time and effort and its not easy. But we do it not just for the money but because we love to create.

I do agree with this point
It's not fair but yet I can understand why it may have to be done for the ease of the factory. I want to suggest to offer the arrows for sale on our website again upon approval, this way it's another accessory for all of you.
What's special about this statue is not the arrows nor the ES, it's just how amazing it looks!
Please be patient and you will know for yourself soon enough

i think the best thing you could do to make the few green ones being produced now NOT have the arrows. if there are only 10 green ones out there with arrows then that makes them super rare. i know you can just add arrows but they would be coming from the factory that way and thus done perfectly.

also i heard that the 10 green ones being made have a nameplate with them as well? that seems like a mistake considering that the sideshow exclusive had that but the regular didn't. if you are just producing these to make up for some regulars that were damaged then they shouldn't have a nameplate. that would mean that you were producing more EX Medusas and not regulars.

seems silly to complain about something like this but if you want to satisfy all the people upset about these green ones being made i think that this is the best way.

I drive an old Holden Clubsport....years after I purchaed my car those pricks at Holden made newer model with extras on there mine doesnt have!!!

Should I go visit my Holden dealer and tell them to stop making that new model with those extras? Or roganise a group of old customers to go burn their shop down?....seriously mate..get over it

my car was a limited edtion yeah! and it cost alot more than $600 bucks! and yeah new versions of limited edtions of cars are released.

the only child here is you! you probably can't afford to pay the balance on Medusa which is prob the reason you really pulled out!

I don't sit on the fence I only buy what I like and don't care if it is limited to 50 70 or 20,000.
