good to hear coffee papa bear..that is prob best solution..is there any chance you can post a few of the pics of the damage on here so we can see?

Maybe I can describe the damage. Basically the soldier statue and bottom part of the tail is crack and broken.

Arahom has been very helpful in getting this right for me. I will try to post some pictures tomorrow so u guys can see how great the paint app is.

coffee pls post damage pics as they might be more important....as well as the pics with great paint app...

don't see why u even bother bringing up the damage report on forum without posting pics to begin with so we can see...

your pics might help other buyers who might have same probs in the same area of statue..

Ave, how long will you be in Cali after the Medusa have all shipped? You said something about inspecting them before you ship them right? Just curious if there would be any way possible to arrange for a pickup since we both live close to Seattle. I just hate to risk the extra handling from FedEx and something breaking.

I may be at SDCC at the time the shipment arrives. I think this time Arahom is going to pick them up and most will go back with him to ID.
He will take time to double check packing before they go out. Unfortunately, not much more can be done.

The majority are due to arrive by July 15-20 to the US in California port.
We are getting them.
By the ene of the month they all start shipping

I could ship yours to my place if you want
But then you need to drive around after we open it and I would not recommend this.
Right now only one issue out of 10 so I wouldn't worry
SDCC will be lots of fun but I'm also doing business.

Super excited for Medusa, one more question. Will she be going FedEx ground, or FedEx express? Once it is in the states (different drivers for each) or another carrier all together? I wanna give our driver a heads up to come get me to help carry the box out so they don't throw it down on the dolly

Yes, they have to know its a big heavy box and may need 2 people to properly move inside
