Guys is an EB Don Vito better then no Don Vito?

This figure is around 500+ nowadays, EB's still hovers around 150+. That's a big difference in affordability, and what I really want to know is whether it is possible to be satisfied with EB's version when you know the HT version is *only* 350-odd bucks away from being on the shelf instead.

Cheers Sab, yeh I had read those reviews -Michael's reviews are very fair to both figures, but I was after some freaks to help out with an opinion that took the ginormous price of the HT figure into account

It's more of a "" that EB fanboys still even feel it's superior. It's like Don Corleone and his Mexican Mariachi look-a-like.

Jengo's post (#941) on the EB Godfather thread shows a pic from Arnie Kim's blog on how to improve the gaze of their Don Vito. Seems to my eye that this makes a big difference. Not HT difference, but the way prices are for this guy, this mod might make picking up the more affordable EB one worthwhile:

Yeh, you're right. It looked like a decent improvement to me until I looked again at the HT Don Vito.
