Never blown my Sideshow points on anything but was waiting for a new P1 Pred...fingers crossed Sideshow do this piece justice just like their Wolf LSF

hahaha...you dont know how hard it was for me to save those so many times i've been tempted to blow it on a PF here and there but remained militant so that if the right piece came along (which was either going to be a new Pred 1 Statue, Endo LSF or Iron Man LSF) then i'd use them in one hit!

If i'm being totally honest, i was always waiting for a new Pred after missing out on the original Maquette (which i love more than the Cinemaquette version) so now the time has come and i'm praying Sideshow nail it!

Seeing the images at this years Comic Con just excited me so much...but i'm also realistic in that what a collector usually receives from the factory a year or 2 later, isnt always the same thing as what you've seen at Comic Con!

Those points were accumulated over a 3.5 year period...so not bad going lol plus there have been many cancellations in those years too so it really could've been much more

Seems I have a decision to make, this or the ID4 alien from Prime 1 that just went up. I love the alien designs in that movie, for all of its flaws, it's probably my favourite film, certainly the one I've re-watched more than any other. And it is $699 for a lifesize bust and a tiny ES of 350. Whereas this is a cool looking maquette of my favorite character, likely to be more than twice as expensive and I already have one in 1/4 made by SWS. I'm getting to the point of almost buying a new house after Christmas and I simply can't afford everything I'd like.


Hmmmmmm, I think this might actually win. I could always sell other stuff if the P1 maquette is desirable enough when it releases. Oh, and then there's the coolprops Big chap Alien on the way... Arrrgh.

I agree with that of course, but like I said, I already have the original EX maquette, and this likely isn't going to better that. It would be nice to have both, but that P1 Alien is too tempting a prospect I think. Maybe I'll win the lottory before the maquette sells out It'll probably have a huge ES anyway.

Life-size bust at half the price for a license you like more is not even a decision IMO.
