I've had to call SS a few times about this statue and, yeah, their phone CS could use some work for sure! I always called within 30 minutes of their CS opening for the day, never over their lunch break-

One time someone answered right away, but the other two times the phone rang a few times after their automated system tried to reach the customer service department, it then told me I could leave a message or try a different extension, I backed out to the main menu, tried the operator, it rang a few times, it then told me I could leave a message or try a different extension, I backed out to the main menu, tried customer service, it rang a few times... Rinse, repeat for about 10 minutes until finally someone answered both times!

So it's been doable in my experience, but definitely a hassle. Maybe add the basic phone feature of putting me on hold until a CS rep is available to help me, SS?

I was literally just commenting about this in the Hulk PF thread. I'm having the EXACT same problem. Frustrating to the say the least. I've tried calling/emailing multiple times/multiple days for a week and still can't get in touch with anyone. I'm totally baffled.

I went through a period of not being able to get them. Then all of a sudden it was easy on live chat or phone.

I've had the luxury of just sitting and waiting for the chat while at work. I probably would have gone nuts if it were at home.

Ill post my video review tomorrow, along with a comparison with the Comiquette, Venom, Carnage, Black Cat, and Rhino

I pick it up tomorrow

Haven't reviewed the videos posted on YouTube yet, I'll do that tonight to avoid discussing the same things mentioned

Just got back from vacation, moving some furniture around tonight, I should have a good spot for him and GG

Just received contact from SS support.. they're sending me a new base and have asked to destroy the old base. Such a shame for a small little detail that can be easily fixed. I guess its more cost effective to destroy it rather then ship it back???:dunno

..it was just a small chip near one of the pumpkins face.

Would you rather they patch it up and send to someone else? :huh

Yeah I guess I haven't thought of it like that, I wouldn't mind them patching it and sending it back to me..but I also wouldn't want to wait for all that to happen and be without a base for a while. It's such a small chip its barely noticeable, I figured since these already aren't one solid piece and consist already of pieces constrcted together that a little patch by a pro would go unnoticed.

But I see your point..yeah, no one would be happy receiving something that was returned for damage.

pretty sure it happens all the time from the comments on here by people receiving preciously opened boxes and noticeably defective pieces. That usually happens though when they get close to the end of the limited ES. Like Thor, there's been people getting statues with parts missing.

This is my concern with having a statue on Flexpay that's waitlisted/sold out. Even if it's brand new, not much can be done if it arrives damaged.
