I cant see the video you posted Kuzeh. My job blocks youtube. Didnt Mongor have a scythe he carried...The thundercats had some great villains to go up against. Really creative stuff.

He sure did!!!

And yep!! They had some great villains!
One of my favorites was Molemaster!! :lol

Im really looking forward to seeing these guys in the store. I'll have to pick up a few to photograph them and such. I'll for sure probably pick up that classics lion-O and of course I want mummra whenever he gets released. I'll pass on the others.

Might as well post this here...

Well... here's the trailer...

<object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="https://www.youtube.com/v/opB2f1BUvPk?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="https://www.youtube.com/v/opB2f1BUvPk?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object>

What I like:
Looks pretty epic, great character designs, and overall quite nice.

What I don't like:
So no Thundera? TC are FROM Third Earth?
Where's Panthro???
:dunno

Looks good.

I was also suprised by no Thundera, but with all of the other anthropormorhic animal species on 3rd Earth, it kinda makes sense to just have the Thundercats be from there too.

Anyone else seen this new roleplay glove? How long will it be before a kid punches someone in the face and takes out an eye?

Seriously! Ouch!

Im just nit picking here, but look at the kids right fist. Someone needs to tell him hes going to break his thumb if he punches anyone like that. Terrible habit, lol just my martial arts snobbery kicking in.

Ok now, this is awesome!!

The World’s Greatest Toy Store continues its profound partnership with Entertainment Earth at this year’s annual Comic-Con International in San Diego, and will no doubt contribute to the euphoria of the participating action figure and comic book enthusiasts. In honor of the show’s forty-second year, and the company’s thrilling third year in attendance, from Wednesday, July 20 through Sunday, July 24, Toys“R”Us will offer an extraordinary extravaganza of official San Diego Comic-Con merchandise, including a ThunderCats Classic 8" Lion-O figure from Bandai.

"ThunderCats, Ho!" With this loud battle cry, Lion-O led his cat-like companions against the evil mutants of Plun-Darr and Mumm-Ra the Ever Living. Now, fans can own their own Lord of the ThunderCats! Based on the iconic fierce feline voiced by Larry Kenney, this 8" collector's figure includes 18 points of articulation, as well as the legendary Sword of Omens and Claw Shield.

Continuing last year’s magnificent merge with Entertainment Earth, every Toys“R”Us Comic-Con exclusive will be available at Entertainment Earth Booth #2343.

Also to help commemorate these dynamic deals from Toys“R”Us, Entertainment Earth will be hosting several exceptional events including on Friday, July 22, from 5 – 7 pm, Larry Kenney, who voiced the Lion-O in the classic ThunderCats animated series will be available to sign autographs of the Classic Lion-O action figure from Bandai America Incorporated.

Fans who are unable to attend the show can still purchase the exclusive Toys“R”Us San Diego Comic-Con merchandise online at Toysrus.com/comiccon2011 starting Thursday, July 21. However, there is a limited number of each item, so fans should visit Entertainment Earth at booth #2343 or Toysrus.com/comiccon2011 early to purchase the below action figures.

Also, here are pics of the regular classics package...
it's a little meh, with very lame posing... but since I'm not a MOC I really don't care!

Looks pretty good... but kind of cheap plastic. Also the right elbow looks a bit twisted in the package. Makes me a bit worried about loose or damaged joints.

Yeah, I definitely don't like how these are packaged...
and we've seen it's cheap shiny plastic since the previews..
I wonder if a dull coat would fix the glossy finish... :dunno

Has BanDai released anything in recent years that would instill faith that they can produce quality toys?
Not that I'm aware of...
I honestly don't expect that much from these guys, except for decent looking vintage inspired figures, but would never be as good as MOTUC...
I've been waiting a long time for somebody to tackle updated TC toys, so I'll definitely be collecting these...

No thanks.

:wave

So no Bandai, no Icon Heroes, no Mezco, and no PCS for you?
Thought you were a TC fan mister...??... :tap
:lol

Wait, you do have the Hard Hero statues right?
Would you be sticking to those for your TC fix then?
