What the next best body after TrueTypes? I'm looking for a body thats the same size, proportions as standard of narrow TT's. Thanks fellas.

Now out of the TTL bodies, which one is comparable in skin tone to the caucasian TT, pale or tan? Also, do they only have the ball jointed neck type or the standard neck connector for heads with sculpted necks? Thanks.

I've been using TTL lately. The tan body looks more natural and almost matches the TrueType in skin tone. The only major difference is the shorter arms, which works better for some characters.

So the tan/brown one is closer to the caucasian TT? Also, any issues with loose joints? Thanks.

That was not a TTL body no, the TTL bodies are great they use some TT parts like the hands, feets and neck adapters. I just got a solid neck version and the quality is great, just about to dress my Han solo to see if it fits as nice as the TT

I didn't think so. I have a TTL 3.0 on the way and got a bit nervous! Looking forward to checking it out.

I got a really cheap TTL parted out body from the CIA quick response figure. It was the "brown" color and almost EXACTLY matched the TT Caucasian color. TTL makes some nice bodies, but I don't know proportion wise how it would compare to a narrow shoulder, yet. I have a narrow shoulder coming next week and can make comparisons. I assume you want to have a lower cost alternative for the DX Cop Joker :)?

Like most folks around here, I'd prefer the option to have readily available and reasonably priced TT's, but that ain't happening.

I've got some customs lined up, and I'd like to get some "workable" bodies.

Tay that body you reviewed wasn't a TTL it was one of those man boob bodies right?...

the TTLS are much better. I can say with confidence that if you want a cheap alternative to a TT you will probably be happy. quality is top notch, feet hands, pegs and neck adapters are all HT recast items too they work with TTs.

some of the mechanics like the shoulders just look weird but proportionally they are the same as a narrow shoulder TT. the shoulders dont have the range of motion as a TT, front to back wise that is but thats about it.

This body is like a combination of the Saturday Toys body (arms) Prometheus (legs) and a Truetype (the rest)

it's a cheap easily accessable alternative to a solid neck body I looked for for over a year and the only thing a person was able to get would be one from a parted out Will Turner or James Dean which are impossible to get now...

they finally just put out a new one on some Goemon thing i got it the same day as the TTL but it cost me 60 bucks the TTL cost me 20. the HT product is obviously better but the TTL is great too.
The only thing that worries me is that

Also the hip joints are the same as a pro, so they look horrible around the ass with giant chunks out of the back of the rear thigh. This is the only place where I did not like the fit.

The neck is noticeably skinner and more narrow than the HT body though. A HT head might look fine on it but Im worried for those bobblehead Sideshow Star Wars guys. if that's the case then i might just have to use the goamon for Han and the TTL for robe Tyler Durdan

for a standard truetype I always will just go HT TT. even if its just a little better its worth it to me. I always have my ways, getting John Connor or Godfather pegless bodies , i have enough hands, feet and pegs to last me a lifetime anyway ...

Here is a comparison with my Han on both bodies, the compete one is the narrow shoulder and the headless one is TTL... his head is going to be repainted...
