Honestly, I've sold probably all of the figures ToyBiz released, and this is one of the only ones that I kept. Along with Gothmog, it's one of the most stunning likenesses. Particularly from a mass producing toy company.

The toybiz line is what first got me into collecting so it holds a special place in my heart and they are all still packaged away in my closet. The line itself was pretty phenominal for $7 action figures. I have to agree with you view on Gothmog, he was probably my favorite besides the Easterling.

Didn't vote for any listed as they are either unworkable or revisiting the same obvious characters. I'd like to see something like Uruks vs Orcs at Cirith Ungol, maybe the scene with the Orc on the floor and the Uruk with raised boulder about to flatten him or even the stand off between Shagrat and Gorbag in the tower!

Definately a Treebeard, with or without the hobbits. Gotta love Treebeard! Him and Gandalf are my fav characters out of LotR

I didn't reply in this thread cause I don't really collect Diorama's, but if I had to choose it would be the Council of Elrond, with Sam carrying Frodo up Mount Doom in second. If either of those were made, or both, it would probably be too hard to resist them.

I don't want to see something that's been done before (hobbits under tree) or too crowded with characters for this scale (Council of Elrond). I have always wanted to see a piece with Sam carrying Frodo but nothing so far. It's one of the great iconic moments yet to be captured by Sideshow.

I didn't choose what's in the poll based on characters, i chose them based on important moments from the film. And i believe they are workable, even if they have to be split into two or three different parts. SS have already said they have some pretty grand plans.
Wish i had added Isildur vs Sauron...

Sam and Frodo would be great. I'm basically done collecting LOTR stuff, on hold for now. But any iconic scene I would get. Sam & Frodo or the entire followship walking need to be done.

I dunno I think its a good point...lets be honest here the dioramas from LOTR have not sold well! Out of 5 dios released (not including the FB fell beast dio) three are on second chance, 1 are waitlist and 1 is actually sold out (and that one is the cheapest!) So I would not be surprised if they didn't release any others...I think it will all depend on how well the rog/gandy diorama sells!
