Okay, HT where IS my girl Fennec. She is in THREE shows now, and wearing the same exact thing in each one of them. [Ming Na Wen has hinted as much on her Insta]. MAKE IT HAPPEN HT
In fact I will help manifest the HT Fennec. I am about to start seriously working on my own version, and just bought two rather expensive wefts of hair so that I can work on her scalp. The head I have now is very sparsely haired, and the hair isnt long enough for my liking. [When you're trying to style a head, too long is definitely the way to go. Excess can be cut later...] As soon as I get this done, they'll post teaser pix. Wait for it! *fume*
I will buy their version anyways

I think Fennec will happen, but not until Book of Boba. I think she'll be a one time figure under that line and that's it, unless she somehow becomes a main character in season 3 of Mando.
Probably, doesn’t matter though, she’ll come with that sand base and blend into the Mando display anyway.

I rather they just take their time do a good job on the sculpt and release a BoBF version to kick off the show. If Bad Batch sales are going well, HT should go after the current hype and release Wrecker and Tech.

Bespin escape leia. That is my hope. The armorer seems like way too important a figure to make an exclusive.
Or... She becomes such an important character that she gets her own show and they obviously have to switch out her outfit.
Believe it or not, when it first came out, I picked up a pair of loose sand bases from TA or Ebay, thinking that HT may use them sparingly and replace with yet another type of display base...

It's no coincidence that this is happening at a time when Favreau's version of Star Wars has completely upstaged Kennedy and the story group while the MCU has gone full agenda over storytelling on the heels of the departure of Captain America, Iron Man, and Thanos. And people wonder why HT is making so much Mandalorian stuff????
Yet Kennedy led Lucasfilm/Disney continues to do what they do, canceling the Slave 1 quietly behind the scenes a few months after suffering the backlash of the very public firing of Gina Carano and lying about the specifics.
Yeah Fennec is so welcome!! I hope they include her helmeted look.
Does anyone else want ALL those Mandalorians from the covert???

SW is going up. With the new shows coming next year and Marvel back in the theatres, it will be interesting to see how the releases go. I hope HT can still go deep in the up coming shows. OT and PT are probably going to take a back seat though, maybe even Clone Wars.

It had to happen at some point. The number of figures cranked out between IW and EG is pretty crazy for two movies. I think the combination of the culmination of 10 years being so successful and the so-so stuff previewed so far has Marvel fatigue in overdrive...

I'm actually waiting for some possible marvel releases from the upcoming movies, lol. Eternals, Carnage, and myself being from HK, ShangChi. Put those with BoBF and maybe more BB, it's going to be expensive...

I think what made the MCU work so well that it wasn't overly comic-y. There was time travel in Endgame obviously, but aside from that, all of the movies were fairly grounded and didn't contain all the crazy multiverse and messing with time and different versions of characters that you'd see more in the books. You didn't need to be a comic book reader to enjoy and appreciate the MCU. Same idea with the Nolan Dark Knight trilogy.
With Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr, Scarlett Johansson and (later this year) Jeremy Renner all done in the MCU, there's going to be a lot of casual fans that lose interest. There's also going to be a lot of people who don't get the whole multiverse thing and check out. And I'm sure there will be people who won't watch as Marve Studios starts diving into the identity politics stuff they're going into.
Star Wars still has work to do to win back enough people to the be top franchise in the world again. Good start with Mandalorian and the last season of Clone Wars, but we'll see what the upcoming shows and films do for the brand. They're definitely at a big crossroads on how the future of the brand will look.
