I get it. I know this is probably what people wanted, him just murdering people in cold blood, but I just don't see Disney signing off on that.

It kind of seems that he chilled out once he had his armor back, aside from killing Fortuna. Maybe because he didn't want to end up like his father...dead? He's the only one who didn't storm Gideon's cruiser, so maybe that was the start of the change in his priorities?

Like I said in another post, I'm just trying to find ways not to hate it, because I don't want to hate everything Star Wars. I send enough vitriol towards the sequels to last a lifetime.

Like I’ve said in other threads, they could’ve made him a reflective, changed man but not make him a clumsy dip**** who can’t parallel park Slave 1, needs Fennec to do everything and gets beat up in his undies. There’s an agenda..has to be. Fett in a bathrobe? The side eye he gets from Fennec constantly because she thinks he’s N idiot. The helmet off? They’ve OVER humanized him. He could take on an arc of redemption without becoming Barney Fife (that’s my second Barney reference of the morning and I’m pretty pumped about that)

Watch the finale be awesome and the Boba we want but the bad press and opinions of the other episodes with Boba ruining a chance for season 2. Sure I haven’t liked all of it, but also a crime lord/god father type character shouldn’t always be getting his hands dirty. Removing the helmet in public though…that’s the worst.

For Disney, it all comes down to viewership and subscribers for them to even consider another season. Show them the money.

For Hot Toys, the popularity of the character and input from Disney, influences their decision to make the figure or not. Even though we are still in season one of BoBF, when compared to Mando, no contest of course. I really think that Disney should have just come out with all new content and leave the legacy characters alone. Now if they had brought George on board, possibly as a consultant.....maybe it would have worked.

On another note, some may have already seen, but here is something that Temuera Morrison was talking about in terms of him playing the iconic Boba Fett character :

Maybe they could of have Boba just like his father, Jango. Jango with the Helmet on, all business and helmet off was for flying the ship, close associates/inner circle and son mostly. Like sj2106 commented, "Keep the helmet on when not with his inner circle and be ruthless with his enemies." I'm sure Temuera Morrison offered his opinion of the character, but they just ignored him. Frustrating, just like Mark playing Luke.

Next figure will be a BoBF character probably, but give me General Kenobi and a General Grievous out of no where Hot Toys (Better chance of a second season of BoBF).
