Look how clever this guy is. Nobody said it's a requirement to be the biggest Star Wars fan in the world. But if you are an actor playing a character from a franchise that has a lot of source material and history it's wise to do your homework. This sentiment can be appied to almost any line of work. It's part of properly training to do the job you are about to undertake and it's common knowledge that Star Wars has a rabid fandom. But yeah, no such fandom existed in 1977.

But but but, Kathleen Kennedy said there isn't any source material lol.

Well.. I mean they are based on cartoon vehicles. But I think they look good for realistic interpretations.

The paint job doesn’t look cartoony, just the look doesn’t translate well to live action for me.

But 501st has never been my favourite, I’d rather just have the vanilla paint job on the vehicles.

Friend was the only one who remotely came across how I imagined an Inquisitor would be.

I’d rather have writers, concept artists, directors, and producers who know and unerstand Star Wars. Actors are just there to act and if they are talented and receiving good support it doesn’t matter whether they are a fan or not.

This is what Star Wars needs.

I’m not worried about releases from this show. Howard isn’t stupid - the awful ST proved just how unprofitable it was in the grand scheme since almost all of the toys at all scales rotted on pegs or in warehouses. You can’t even give away most ST Hot Toys figures…

It will be more clones and troopers.

Disney's churning out content faster than HT can keep up! I wonder if HT will just forever be playing catch up or if they'll just ignore whole lines entirely.
