Hates the Sequels and has no interest to go back to them, so doubt we will get anymore figures. Oh no.

Lol at people saying the St sold well. I used to see those figures on clearance at bbts

Nah....

Just be happy that the few ST figures you have will be worth a bloody fortune in 20 years because no one has them.

No kidding they'll be the new 1985 Power of the Force line-up, lol.

Dang it I wanted a dirty Rey from Exegol too. Curse you low ST sales, and all the halflings.

This should be engraved somewhere, and pointed to any time ST fans claim that the figures sold well:

Howard Chan: I think lots of fans are disappointed with the sequels. Even me. I don't have any desire to revisit them anytime soon. The sales were awful.

lol not even just talking down the movies, but doubling down to say his own products didn't sell well is so extremely revealing from any company.

Yeah if that's a direct translation of what he said then it's really funny that he used the term "awful," lol. I wonder how RO and Solo figures sold in comparison. I'm guessing that he lumps them in with Mando but who knows.

I think it's safe to say Howard likes making RO figures but not Solo. He has went back to the well a couple times with RO but never Solo, and the Solo figures were small runs. I imagine the Mudtrooper will fetch a crazy price eventually. The one character I really wish we got was a Qira.

Yeah agreed on Qi'ra. She would have made for a great figure, I wish they gave us this look which I suppose is just your bottom pic minus the cape:

People have to be interested in owning them though and they aren't. Few ever were.

you never know. They may not be more popular in the future but collectors may want them just because they are rarer than other figures... or figure collecting may be dead altogether in a generation.

Sad i'll likely never get a Poe in the collection. With some luck, a third party manufacturer will give it a try. Flightsuit or even captain/Commander outfits and Isacc HS are not overly difficult to achieve.

We’ll definitely be getting another shot at a Qi’ra figure in the not too distant future. No way did they just re-introduce her for the sake of it.

Still a lot of potential in "Solo", especially with imperial Troopers. Fortunately, they may appear in the forthcoming D +shows. MimbanStormtroper in on the top of my want list.

lmao this isn't the first collectible company to say the same thing. Those damn RoS Jet Troopers will forever be on Sideshow's site. Gentle Giant last year said the same thing. Their focus (last year) would be on Mando and TCW due to the high sales of that brand at the moment.

I'm sure all companies are on the same page, they just wouldn't outright say it like GG and Hot Toys.

I'd assume there were just too many pegwarming Qi'ras at various scales for HT to think about a 1/6 version. I still see a lot of that Hasbro 12" version on pegs from time to time.

Yeah, thank Hasbro for clogging the shelves with her prologue Corellia look instead of single carded versions of her primary adventure gear.
