Doubtful. I remember how big the Hasbro 1:18 was compared to the figure. You're talking over 6' long.

I'd be pretty happy with just the cockpit section of Anakin's pod.

I am a big fan of the Pod Race and would try as all hell to buy those things. Probably pass on dewbacks and ROTJ speeders to do it even.

But before either I would like some reasonably priced diorama stuff or a figure that ain't a clone!!

I think you and Prog are forgetting the length of the two engines for Anakin's pod.

Though, I'm not one to buy 1:6 vehicles (space) and even I like the idea of Ben, Luke, 3P0 and R2 all piled on a 1:6 Landspeeder. Too bad Sideshow's pulling an itchy dog bum and dragging *** on the Droid duo.

Hey, now, actually a Hoth Han would not be too bad since we could replace the heads on the "mouth full of marbles" Han Bespin.

The difference between a Landspeeder and Anakin's Pod is that a Landspeeder would have to be one solid piece, not only making for a huge piece but also a huge box, etc. Anakin's on the other hand:

Is built of various parts that could be packed tightly for the owner to put together upon receipt. It might be 6' long theoretically (I say theoretically because unless they are making pods for full size drivers, then if Anakin's is a bit smaller than scale who will really know?) but it could be packed into a box, tall and wide enough for the largest part saving a bit on shipping because it wouldn't be an oversized box.

I would take an Anakin and his pod in my collection, TPM wasn't my favorite movie by a longshot but it was definitely one of the fun scenes if you take out all the commentary.

Exactly what I was thinking. On the other hand, I didn't realize it would that big.

I absolutely have a limit on the size of vehicle I would buy in 1:6 scale. I would go any bigger than say...The Death Star.

That one I would be willing to buy a piece of land to display it on. But I absolutley will not go any bigger than that.

It can be like a time share. Maybe you can get one of the major hoteliers to sell you franchise rights; that way people with shares in other locations (who have a pressing need to play with a 1:6 Death Star) can trade with you, and you can spend a couple weeks in Bali every year.
