NEXT Star Wars 1/6th Figure...

Come on Sideshow - we need a NEW SW 1/6 announcement !!! It's been weeks and weeks since the double clone announcement, did they think they could go twice as long for a new figure?

Well, I love Sideshow and all they have brought us over the years, but I must admit, it has been very difficult to stay excited about the Star Wars line. Please Sideshow do something for us OT snobs and announce a new OT figure...Tarkin, Boba Fett, X-Wing/Hoth Luke?

I was wondering - Im kind of both glad and bummed that theres been nothing new for a while
Glad as my pocket needs the rest but because of the
Amount of time between ordering and actually getting the item I want something to look forward to.
I've only got medicom boba rotj hammerhead rex and Cody on order now and it's looking like we won't ge them for months yet
What's u guys thoughts ?

Well I'm also happy to give my pocket a rest, but would like to see some figures that really get me excited. For instance a ESB Vader (updatet body and better gloves), ESB Boba Fett, Royal Guards, Tarkin, The droids, Tusken Raiders (ANH for if there is any difference) and new versions of Leia, Han and Luke.

But I'm also waiting for them to release a Stromtrooper or Darth Vader (ESB) PF

for the record, a 1/6th scale death star would be 20 Kilometers in diameter

for the DS mark 1

the DS mark 2 ( ROTJ ) would be 26 K in diameter

I fear a figure as simple as Tarkin may be off the mark now with SS delving into creatures and other expensive non-human fair...

The last human figures I'd like to get are Dooku and Tarkin.

Yeah, but I've heard about many headsculpts that were done and never released (for at least one of their other lines)...

I hope they both come -- sure Dooku will -- but my hopes are dwindling for Tarkin.

No Tarkin would be a fail with all the other insignificant officers they've released. I just think he's the Imperial Officer equivalent of Vader. We'll get him 3-4-12 years down the road. Probably knowing Sideshow's planning, a year and a half after, but meant to coincide with the ANH 3D theatrical release.
