You would think with all the SW action coming up over the next several years, SSC would be preparing for several new products.

But I'm not going to be holding my breath, though, with only one release (Boba bust) to celebrate ESB's 30th...even though it was a big one.

EDIT - interesting, I forgot they also tied Yoda to the 30th?!?!

That halfassed sneak peek doesn't count. :nono

Maybe. But if they're skipping ESB all together and shooting straight for a ROTJ version, an announcement next year for a release coinciding with the 2013 30th makes more sense.

I don't know if they'll skip right to that version they might just because of the switch out reveal sculpt. I don't care if they try to match products for anniversaries as a whole. Just turn out awesome products and most of us are game.

I thought they'd already eluded to it in a Q&A. :dunno

They may have. I don't recall though to be honest. There's been so many questions I can't keep it all straight. :lol

are you talking about Vader Josh?

if so, thenammagazine is right. Someone complained about the how high the price is getting for the ANH Vader and in SSC's response they said that the next Vader will most likely be from ROTJ and b/c of the rising price, they'll try to pump him out sooner than later.

if you weren't talking about Vader then just disregard all that :lol

I was so its all good. You're right now that you say that I remember the question. I can't remember ____ sometimes. :lol

I am hoping for Stormtroopers from ROTJ as well.

Been quite a wait already, we ought to hearing something soon.

I would foresee at this point of time Sideshow did be busy developing stuff for SDCC.

I would love to see some more stormtroopers, especially since I missed out on them the first go around. What's the difference between the ROTJ ones and the one they released already?

Probably some teeth. :lol Nothing that I can ever tell watching them anyways. :lol

ESB stormtroopers were the coolest, ESB Vader would be easier to get out soon because they wouldn't have to bother with a full reveal, Executor bounty hunters and Hoth figures are on the way, so it would make more sense if they held off on the ROTJ Vader for now.

Or something.

I guess a good way to illustrate this is to compare 12" Stormtroopers' helmets from Medicom and Sideshow. Medicom's look more like the ROTJ ones while Sideshow's: ANH and TESB.

I would believe a new mold was used after TESB.

Think it is nearly a sacrileg they still haven't come up with a hoth snowtrooper, a biker scout, AT-AT Driver or Tie Pilot. Even more if you notice how many clones have been released until today. Business competitors have not really achieved the SS accuracy and Medicom's Tie & At-At were good but not great..

Never forget OT's Imperials - more classy, more stylish, more diversified due to their different operational areas.
