The base is circular and appears to be a section from Naboo when Obi Wan and him are fighting

I guess the original statement about not crossing the 12" line with the PF line is null and void. Makes sense since with ANH's 30th going on...If Maul was just made as a 12" and will see PF form then it's only logical that the previous PFs are open game for 12" form....
