Favre or not, there is a ton of awesome things to watch this year. Skins Vs Eagles, TO and Ocho, The Steelers (missing the rapist), Westbrook in San Fran, Brady back and fully healthy, The Saints (can they keep it going?), UGH so much to keep track of! Sundays and Mondays are going to be awesome! I can't wait!

Can you blame him? The guy has been in the league 19 years, I think he can miss training camp and still be ok.

At least he isn't Shaq yet--where he is "injured" for most of the regular season, only to miraculously heal as playoff time rolls around. I suspect Favre will start behaving this way in forthcoming years.

You guys have no idea what hate for Favre is. NO IDEA. Being a LL Vikes fan and Packers enemy, when we used to sack him tears of joy is all i''ll say. But i have learned a lot about this man of the last 2 years. And one thing that stands out most is he wants to play football!!! Period! And that's top's in my book. Being a vikes fan it's just weird and exciting to have a life long rival in your colors, i'm still not used to it.

But i'll take it, last year was a blast!

LOL This sounds more like a sell-out than anything to me. We saw it with Terrell Owens in Dallas, Favre in Minnesota, and Jason Taylor with the Jets.

You want a QB dilema? Look at Pittsburgh. I'll root for him to do well in week 6 or 8 when he comes back, only for the fact that that team is full of good people who don't deserve to suffer because of his selfishness. I just wish the Rooney's woulda canned him.

Yes I can blame him. He is not a team player. He's a selfish jerk. I would not fault him if he at least showed up to training camp to be with his team. If he and the coach decided it wasn't in his best interest to sit out or work light then fine. He could be there to help work with the younger guys and share some of his knowledge.

Not Favre though! He doesn't feel that's his responsibility to be a team player in that way. Even though it is something commonly done by NFL vets around the league.

That to me says all I need to know about the type of person he is.

Training camp ____ never bothered me. As long as he's there for the preseason games.
