Ya know, one of the things that I like about the Steelers is that they are known for having good fans. So why don't you leave the being-an-******** for the fans of teams like the Raiders and Cowboys.

And exactly what is that supposed to mean? Pittsburgh straight up blew that game. After all of the bad breaks they had a chance to make a statement and they let Whosyourmomma walk into the endzone wide open. Don't get me wrong, 3-1 is a lot better than some of the so called "experts" gave them to make this 4 game stretch without Ben, but this is a game they coulda and shoulda won. But right now with Cincy losing they are only .5 games down in the division and they have Ben returning after a bye at home against Cleveland, so things are looking good. Pittsburgh has a great chance to win the division and make it deep in the play-offs the way they are playing, so I'm not complaining too bad.

Saints dominated time of possession, but turn-overs at bad times, too many injuries in their defensive secondary, and an inability to score TDs (something that didn't happen last year) made the game close. I can't believe that I'm happy to have Carney back, but as bad as he has played in the past, it is much preferable to Hartley. Saints were very lucky to have a rookie QB on the other team.

As for the game tonight, I can't believe that the Giants can't capitalize on this. But then, I've seen quite a few Bears games like this over the last few years--their defense is so over-whelming that they can stay in a game no matter how inept their offense is playing. I think this is the real Cutler tonight.

Also, I think the bonehead play of the day goes to the Colts coaching staff. They had just tied the game, a minute or so left to play, and the Jags get 8 yards on their first run (apparently trying to run out the clock). Colts call an inexplicable time out. If they would have stopped them for no gain, or kept them to 2-3 yards, I could kind of understand that. But it was 8 yards! So, third down comes around and the Jags decide to go for it to keep the Colts from getting the ball. Whatshisface throws down field, gets them in field goal range, and kicker makes a 59 yarder as time expires to win. Stupid, pointless call with the time out that IMO cost the Colts an opportunity to win.

Nice insight on today's happenings. How about BadMoon I was wrong. :lol

The reason I'm so on top of this is I take the whole Philly stigma to heart. It's mostly BS. Passionate doesnt always mean douche bags.

For the record i never said i thought Philly fans were gonna boo him cause they're slimy or anything. I just said they SHOULD Boo him cause he was in an enemy's uniform.(Like how Packer fans did Favre) And i was wrong.

Cutler always looks like he's 5 seconds away from crying.

For the record Favre is a ____ty teammate and deserved the boos. McNabb said the right things and backed it up. McNabb also didn't retire then unretire then retire then unretire then retire then......you get the point. :lol

What Favre did would be like McNabb retiring then joining the Cowboys after he told the world it wasnt his responsibility to help the younger QB's out.

Meh. They were probably showing a video of some frat boys beating up a hobo when McNabb's name was announced. :D

Nah that was post Katrina when your ____ty city's residents couldn't pull it together and treat each other with dignity and respect.

Obviously. But he did goto the Skins, a rival no doubt. And Mcnabb has been booed in Philly before. Favre is a god in Packerland and was still booed. Is Mcnabb a god in Philly? Now you see where i was coming from?

Huge difference. McNabb didn't WANT to leave. Favre left, said I quit, then joined the enemy.
