With almost a full year behind Fitzpatrick, a clear number 1 receiver in Stevie Johnson(Why so serious?), Brad Smith, and Nick Barnett signing, as well as the beast that is Marcell Dareus, I was definitely happy with the Bills going into this season.

I was also 100% confident we would be better than the Phins.

Now I'm 1000% confident.

... anything less than that would have made him look like even more of an ass.

Several players every year take a pay cut to stay with teams, or allow the owners to restructure their contract to keep other players whose contracts are up on the team, and still stay under the cap. Heck, Favre's last year with the Packers he said to take money out of his contract to secure Moss, but they didn't want to. So look what happened, the Pats got him and went on to have a record breaking season and almost finish perfect.

Sorry man, I used to really like AP (or AD, as he calls himself). I still do, kinda. The kid is a freaking beast!!

Most players make stupid comments at some point. I don't care about that it's the $ thing and contract hold outs that always bother me. I'm not saying he's the first player or something to do this, it's just nice to hear he is more concerned about getting in touch with the new offense than his contract getting re-worked. When we hear such and such is holding out cause of stalled contract talks, or John Does isn't at camp cause of new negotiations.


Then again it's not like he NEEDS money.

I agree. And who was it that was holding out but said "screw it" and showed up for camp, because he missed being away from football and his team mates after the lock out? I was just watching it on the NFL Network a few days ago and can't remember. But of course the arrogant bone heads always hold out- CJ2K (you know you're an arrogant ass when you give yourself that nick name) and Deshean Jackson, to name a few.

Anyway, I'm kinda looking forward to Dieon's HOF induction speech. You know it's gotta be good coming from him But with Shannon Sharpe, I don't know if I'll be able to listen to him long enough to hear his. He just gets on my nerves
