Weird...I had no idea there was an NFL thread on this board but as you can tell I am a Carolina Panthers Fan. We have had a rough start and barely have been losing all our games. Cam is doing great so far this year, but Special Teams and defense have been giving up far to many big plays...which have really cost us the games we have lost.

That's the pisser! When an offense puts up over 25 to 27 points a game unless you are playing a team like Green Bay your defense should be able to make some damn stops.
Granted Vick has thrown interceptions and even had a couple fumbles his mistakes were hardly the cause of any losses.
Definitely not. The 4 picks he threw against my Bills(with one returned for a touchdown) was "hardly the cause" of the loss.

Your rushing defense was pathetic, but Vick had a HUGE hand in that loss.

In Vick's defense, that pick 6 TD was not entirely his fault. If you watch the tape (replay for us arm chair QBs), the Bills blitzed two players to Vick's left, one a corner and the other an LB. The Eagles RB picked up the Bills CB, and the Eafles rookie center, instead of picking up the blitzing LB, slid over to double team the CB that had already been picked up.
Now, Vick did throw the pick, and it's ultimately on him. Perhaps he should have taken the sack. But it's small mental mistakes like this that determine the outcome of games.
And no, I'm not an Eagles fan.

I understand what you are saying. However, I disagree. The Bills offense had a field day. Sure the interceptions hurt. However, I still maintain the defense is the problem.
But lots of turnovers put the defenses back up against a wall.
It doesnt seem there is one major cause , lots of issues that all add up to one big problem.

Agreed! I was mainly responding to the posters who are claiming Vick is the reason. That's simply not true. I even posted some pretty impressive stats in regards to the Eagles offense a couple pages back.
there's nothing you can do when a wet paper towel puts up more of a fight than your own defense lol
