Wow Giants, way to blow that at the end.

It's the Giants man....we have the copyright for 2nd half collapses. :)

EDIT: Too easy to fight back, get a touchdown and the 2 points then piss it all away. :)

EDIT 2: Good thing I've had 2 Gin and tonics...2 dark English ales, half a bottle of pinot noir and 2 glasses of 18 year old scotch whiskey...I can laugh at the Giants choking yet again...

Good thing ARSENAL won 4-0 yesterday!! :) :)

Oh, and I spoke too early about Baltimore laying an egg. I should have taken into account that they were playing the Browns.

But they are good at ruining perfection. And their secondary is awful!

I don't know, even if they win out they have a bad loss record inside the conference. 4 of their 6 losses come to AFC opponents. Not to sound like a homer here, but I think the likely hood of 3 teams coming out of the AFC North to make the play offs is strong. At least 1 WC should come from there, but the other going to the Titans is strongly plausible as well. I felt the Bills had a strong shot at a division title the first 1/3 of the season, but they seem to be coming apart at the seams lately.

Sadly after this loss and looking at the schedule, our season (the Bills) is officialy over. The good thing about this one is that we have improved really well. Now the Bills must play the spoiler through out the season.

LETS GO BUFFALO!!!!

Tough break bud. Glad to see you display being a true fan versus a lot of the fair weather fans pro sports brings in. Makes it all that much sweeter when they come up big knowing you were there the whole ride. They got potential, they just need a real leader to step up and bring that all together. I think that's what they're truly missing.

Okay, getting ready to go lay down and watch the game in bed. Here's my complaint this week. Special Teams! All but a handful of special teams players, that's all the game time they see. They're trying to get the coaching staff's eye and make a starting spot. Some have started out on ST and became huge players on their teams. My favorite Steeler right now, James "Silverback" Harrison, made a roster spot on special teams, and impressed the coaches so much as a back up LB than when Porter wanted paid, he got shown the door and Harrison became the starting ROLB. He went on to become the only un-drafted free agent in history to get Defensive Player of the Year. Those guys have little to no time to impress the coaches, so you'd think that little bit of time they see would be executed perfectly. NOPE! Special Teams have ruined teams success and cost them games, and possible play off spots. Last years Chargers. #1 offense, #1 defense the majority of the time, but worst ST in the League. They ended up having a dismal record and didn't even come close to the play offs. How many times have you watched your team get a big return negated by a block to the back or holding call? It seems like every game, both team's ST are getting flagged well more than half the time on kicks and punts for those penalties. I know no one is perfect, but is it too hard to ask these guys to be somewhat perfect the handful of plays they're on the field and stop costing their team good field position and points?

Falcons really couldn't afford to lose today to a team that should have been a gimme. Luckily the Bears and Giants lost again so Wild Card is still not out of reach. We should only have one more loss so there's still a chance with Cutler out, the Giants skidding and Detroit will end up with a few more loses starting with one tonight.

A rookie 3rd string QB in with a strong running game at his disposal. What should you do? Stack 8 in the box to stuff the run and pressure the hell out of him. It seemed like they weren't barely doing that. Granted, Houston's D has stepped up to be a top one in the League, and Foster is a stud amongst studs, but a rookie 3rd string QB. C'mon!
