NFL network had on the replay of the game last night and had Tebow mic'd. It was easy to see why his teammates feel the way they do about him. A great example was after Thomas dropped a very important ball to keep a drive alive late in the game it cut to Tebow on the sideline talking in a very relaxed postive way to Thomas telling him he's fine and he's about to go out and catch the game winning TD and sure enough he went out there and caught the TD the next series. Nice change of pace from seeing QBs yelling at recievers or giving them the "C'mon man." He was even encouraging players on the other team after they'd make good plays,
