Well if after Sunday Brady is 1-7 against the Broncs, then I can't wait to see how many analysts join Merril Hoge on the bandwagon, and start slobbing the Tebow knob. That itself would be worth them defying all odds and winning the Super Bowl this February. Th best match-up in the Super Bowl would be the Broncos vs the Lions. Remember how the media hyped up the good vs evil thing there earlier when they played? I could see it now, Tebow with a halo and Suh with little horns and a pointy tail on the Super Bowl XLVI banners. That would so be worth seeing, even as a die-hard Steelers fan!!!

Ugh, this would be a gut wrenching game to watch, I would have to root for the Lions though.

While we're on the topic of hypothetical Super Bowl match ups, let me throw out another one: The undefeated Packers trying to get the Superbowl victory for the perfect season againts the New England Patriots, the last team that had a chance for the undefeated season.

There'd be all types of hype for that one.

As much as a HATE Brady and the Pats I hope they destroy the Broncos to knock Tebow off his pedestal.

Thing is, if you actually watch Tebow it's not him, it's the media hyping the whole situation up and putting him on the pedestal. For him becoming an overnight success, he's actually pretty humble. I'm on the bandwagon myself right now, unless they face the Steelers in the play offs.

This is one that I'd rather not see. Unlike those '07 Pats, I think this Packer team can finish the job, especially if they're going against this Patriot team.

The AFC playoffs will be interesting. Baltimore/Pittsburgh definitely have to be the favorites. The Pats and Texans could threaten, but I doubt they take the North powers out. The West winner and 6 seed could be interesting depending on who gets that last spot. The Jets have wreaked havoc from the last two seedings over the past few years.

I have not watched much as far as actual interviews with Tebow. Is he a jerk? I have always read that he was a humble person. Am I getting the wrong impression?

He's awkward, but he's genuine. I think he makes people feel uncomfortable because he's so open about his faith. A lot of athletes will say things like "praise to God," or "All credit goes to God." With Tebow you get things like "I'd like to give all credit and glory to my personal savior and Lord Jesus Christ with whom all this is possible." There is absolutely nothing wrong with that and I respect him for being who he is but I think people can handle the God but throw in a Jesus and people start to squirm a bit.

I can understand unusual but what's jarring about him?
Because you watch an interview by a football player and expecting one thing, then get something completely different. There just are some things he says that make me cringe for whatever reason, probably in the way some cringe when they hear the thing about Jesus you were talking about. And I haven't gotten used to it, despite having watched the guy since he was playing in Florida.

I guess because I watched him at Florida I'm used to it. I actually think he's improved quite a bit. He still needs to take a breath in between sentences but I don't think he'll ever lose that awkward naivety.
