I hate seeing those gruesome injuries. Some people might like that gross stuff, but I almost don't watch football anymore because I don't want to see someone get fked up like that. One of Denver's OL broke his leg or ankle tpday and they show his foot hanging at a 90 degree angle. just nasty. I can watch it in movies and stuff, but this is real people. Uh.

Yeah, that was another gross one today. I have no idea how Urlacher walked off with the knee looking like it popped out of socket.

PREDICTION

Chicago.....21
Minnesota..24

What’s left to be said? :dunno

The Vikings will find a way to fk this up and could drop from #3 to #6 in the draft. :gah: :horror

FINAL
Chicago.....17
Minnesota..13

YEAH MOFOs! :yess:

At least we have the #3 pick in the draft.

We probably won't get LT Kalil from USC but should get a nice consolation prize in either...

1. Claiborne (LSU CB)
2. Blackmon (OSU Receiver)

Or perhaps they'll drop down in the draft.

By the way, nice game for Jared Allen. 3.5 sacks today, just 1 short of breaking Strahan's record.

Flynn is that good. The last good QB LSU had.
I agree with your second sentence. . .but not the first one. He was good, but nothing near being great. Almost 500 yards and 5 TDs? He never did that at LSU. :lol He was a guy that could drive down and make a clutch score, though, and that did make him an exceptional QB as far as LSU QBs go.

Of course, the QB has to be pretty good to get those stats, but I think it speaks volumes about Green Bay's O-line and receivers. I do hope Flynn gets a look by other teams looking for a starter next year, though.

35-0 at the beginning of the second quarter? Seriously Tampa? This team beat us the first meeting!? :lol
That's the same ____ing team that gave the Saints one of their three losses (they lost to the Bucs, St. Louis, and Packers :lol ). I wish they could have given up earlier in the season :(

Saints dominated the Lions a few weeks ago. But they scored over 40 today. Any team that can move the ball is a potential threat to the Saints due to their crap defense. I think the Saints offense is gonna have to get ahead early and make opponents one-dimensional to win in the playoffs.

Where are those critics last week who gave the Saints a lot of flack for "running up the score"?

They pretty much did the same today.

Not a Saints fan here, but give credit where it's due.
They played very well these past two games.

I was hoping the Raiders would pull through at the end. Oh well.

The Niners beat the Rams.
No surprise there, but they did give up more points than I thought they would.

Even though Tebow threw that last interception, the game appeared to be over well before that. They get to the playoffs anyway.

My favorite game of the day?

...watching the Jets fall to the Dolphins. Yeah, I know!...the Dolphins! :lol
It didn't help that Sanchez gets picked-off three times. :yess:

Thank you Centurion! I am a big Saints fan, and they have played very well the last eight games actually! Winnig all of their past eight games in a row, and ended the regular season undefeated at home in the Superdome today at 8-0! :yess:

I guess those critics said everything that they wanted to say about running up the score last week. The Saints blew out the Panthers today. They had over 6 Just as I predicted that they would win, and they did. I don't have a sore throat :monkey4 cough, cough compared to a few here that enjoy making fun of me. You know who you are. Whatever. My team is 13-3, and the third seed in the N.F.C. They've won their division for the second time in three seasons. I am VERY proud of them! We are very dedicated fans in the "Who Dat Nation"! I'll predict again that they will beat the visiting Lions this coming Saturday night in the wildcard playoff game inside our LOUD Superdome.

Drop the Aints reference. That's a REALLY weak jab. It's totally irrelevant now. A lame excuse to try and pick on the Saints and their fans. Old news. The Saints have turned things around since Coach Sean Payton and Drew Brees arrived in 2006. Winning the N.F.C. South in 2006. Winning it again in 2009, and Super Bowl XLIV. Now winning the N.F.C. South again this season. A new mini-season is about to start. The playoffs. It's not over yet.

The Saints broke some records this season. Don't worry I'm not going to write a book in my post. All of the records are listed here at the Saints official website: https://www.neworleanssaints.com/ne...me-Notes/db88c0fd-ba43-4bfa-874d-053bc2a79440

The Saint will be ready for the Lions. :)

No quotation marks in my post either. Geaux Saints!

13-3 and undefeated at home going into the playoffs, playing the 6th seed. Sounds familiar.

I'll throw some predictions out there.

AFC South: Houston
AFC North: Baltimore (Bye)
AFC East: New England (Bye)
AFC West: San Diego
WC: Oakland & Pittsburgh

NFC South: New Orleans (Bye)
NFC North: Green Bay (Bye)
NFC East: NYG
NFC West: San Francisco
WC: Atlanta & Detroit

Taking a look back at predictions after week 3. Not too bad with the NFC. Just got one of the byes wrong.

In the AFC I apparently had way too much confidence in the West. The Chargers underachieved worse than normal and the Raiders were an inconsistent mess.

Now I'm nervous, those Mother## Giants! I can't believe one of my most feared playoff predications has happened!:thud::thud:
Everybody in the NFC has to beware the Giants are in the playoffs! :gah:

I'm sorry with the G men in the playoffs
Lions: won't make it passed Brees
Atlanta-gone
San Francisco- gone
Saints- maybe
GB- Even they should be worried, or have they forgotten about the Giants SB run, GB was eliminated in the playoffs too...oh yeah that 's right Eli and the G men! :slap

Damn Jets they could've took the giants out of the running last week, trust me none of these great teams want to face a Manning in the Playoffs!

I love the Falcons, but that defense is going against a manning and not in the dome! Maybe next year.:gah:

San Fran already beat the Giants once and they'd have to travel all the way out west again. No chance they'd win that one.

True, but that game meant nothing to the giant's mentality, now that they have a chance to make it to the NFC championship, possibly the SB, Alex Smith's inexperience in the playoffs is going to bite them in the back, because he is going to get decked.

Not to mention Eli is going to bring it and he has oodles of experience in the playoffs.

Nope, GB better hope the SF defense takes the giants out. or for that matter the saints as well better hope SF does the job.
