they will be a very good team, no doubt about that, but his decision could'nt have been just based on how good the team he is going to would be. If it was, SF is the no brainer decision with that offense (on paper) and the great defense. I think he chose Den over SF cause of Elway.

I think it was this team was the best of the teams that would allow him to do what ever he wants with the Offense.

This might sound dumb, but he did say that he wanted to wear No. 16 and we know that wasn't going to happen going to the 49ers.

One more thing let us not forget that he played his College ball at Tennessee, so he knows a thing or two about playing in the cold.

Maybe against opponents. It doesn't get that cold in TN. A snowflake lands down there and everything shuts down. Definitely no where scratching the surface of what he'll see in Denver.

And as for his injury, I've had the same thing done, except his was down on the back of his neck where mine was done in front. That was back in Sept '09 and I still have a lot of problems with it. It's very easily agitated, and his being off to the right side like it is, if his gets agitated it'll flare the traps/delts on his throwing side, and if his nerves flare up, Manning won't look like himself. And playing in that high altitude could really aggravate it. I live in central PA and that bad weather can play hell on it as well. This could be a hard injury for him to come back from, especially going to Denver.

Wow Vegas has Den at 8:1 odds to win superbowl now.:lol

I don't get the instant hype. He was able to win 1 SB win leading a good offense with a shaky defense. Now at 36 coming off the surgeries he's had he's going to lead a so-so offense with an even shakier defense to the SB. Just not seeing it.

From Vegas side I do. People will jump on Denver and they will make lots of money if they don't win, if they do win they will lose much less money. But yeah it's pretty funny. Now those who got get Den for 50-100:1 range are doing a serious happy dance.

:goodpost::exactly: Yup, makes perfect sense. That line will move all over the place in the next few months.

We actually don't have too many games in the snow here in Denver. I'd wager its like 1 game every 3 years or so.
