Bears, Chargers, Cardinals are the 3 best jobs. Depending on who the new GM is the Carolina job should be open.

The Browns job is better than San Diego or Arizona. SD and AZ have many more problems/needs than the Browns.

Roster talent maybe but when you look at the total picture...division opponents, city location, weather, etc...Cleveland isnt that appealing.
