I can't believe how good those Lightning are. I mean they have the star power, but I didn't expect them to do so well against the Caps. Oh well, the Bolts barely beat Pittsburgh, a team without its top two stars. So I don't understand how TB can walk all over a more healthier Caps team...

In all fairness I don't see anyone stopping Tampa. They built up their momentum and haven't slowed down.

I'll admit I'm shocked at how far Tampa has come in the playoffs. Never thought they had it in them to sweep, especially a first seeded team. But then again... the Caps seemed to prove that being seeded at 1 was all for show, because they certainly didn't play like they deserved it.

I hope they lose some of their momentum though, for the sake of wanting my team to win the Cup. But they do seem like the cinderella story at this point in time.

Good fans right there. I'll always be a fan of my teams through good and bad. My team didn't even make the first round, granted they did very well considering what they had.

What you fail to understand is that with the caps there has never been any good to go with the bad. You claim to know hockey so look at this teams entire playoff history. It's been choke job after choke job. Only been to the ECF 2 times in their history. Got swept by the B's and beat buffalo only to get swept by the Wings.

It's a pathetic history with zero success.......ever.
