This is the type of game I was expecting in game 6. 1-0 or 2-1. It looks like it's got overtime written all over it and I don't think I can handle it. :gah: :thud:

Oy, the bruins/bolts game is intense without being intense... at least not for me, seeing as I'm a canucks fan and I don't really, well, can't really figure out which team I'd rather prefer getting to the finals.

I picture this game going into 2OT with a score by the bruins early in the period. I guess we'll see what happens!

PS... who would you say is the more outstanding goalie tonight: Roloson or Thomas? They're both looking great at the moment, just wonder if more knowledgeable hockey nuts see something better in one or the other... :)

9:28pm CST --- yeah, looks like I was way wrong about the time of score... but right about the team. eh. plenty of time left for the bolts

Tonight is a great night for New England sports fans. The Red Sox are in sole possession of 1st in the A.L. East after a miserable start to the season and the Bruins are going to the Stanley Cup Finals!

What a game! 1-0. No penalties. The clock couldn't tick fast enough after Horton scored.

Thomas got the shut out but I'd be tempted to say Roloson. He certainly faced a lot more shots and I thought he faced better scoring opportunities as well.

If I weren't a Bruins fan I'd kind of feel bad that his season had to end tonight.

:exactly: Great game. I can't wait for Wednesday. Hopefully they bring the defense they showcased last night with them.

I'm all over the Canucks. Either way, I think it's going to be a great last run of the series. I hope both teams push each other to be the best they can be.

Canucks all the way!!! I do hope it only takes 5 games for Vancouver to win. I don't think my cholesterol can take 7 games, haha. Plus, home ice would make it even more awesome.

Rooting for my B's to take this. It's going to be a tough series. I still think the Canucks had a tougher road to get to the finals.
